An Elevated Italian Dining Experience at Gaia Italiano Dining at Gaia Italiano continues to be an unforgettable experience, seamlessly blending warm hospitality with elevated, authentic Italian cuisine. My most recent visit was no exception. The evening began with some signature starters which set a high bar for what was to come. A highlight of the night was the cacio e pepe, prepared tableside in a flaming Parmesan wheel—both a culinary spectacle. The main course entrees of short rib-stuffed ravioli, risotto, and Bronzino were rich and satisfying, cooked to perfection, delivered deep authentic flavors that transported me straight to Southern Italy. Don't skip dessert—their classic tiramisu and cheesecake are the perfect sweet finale to an already indulgent experience. Excellent selection of wines and craft cocktails as well! Chef Maurizio continues to make Gaia Italiano a standout destination for anyone seeking an excellent authentic Italian dining experience.

I have been to Gaia several times. The food, service, and environment is top notch. Mauritio the owner is an amazing guy, and has an amazing staff, especially Stefanie(bar) and Aileen(waitress); they are an efficient but very fun group. The menu has a nice variety and is prepared well every time. If you want a reliably well prepared Italian lunch or dinner served by great people, go here.

Amazing! Pasta was fresh and delicious! We Ordered the crab cake as an appetizer which was so fluffy and well seasoned. I had the bolognese, made with homemade pasta and their house meat sauce, delicious! The serving was a generous amount that it can be shared between 3 people. My boyfriend ordered the chicken Parm, which came with a small serving of Penne pasta and their house sauce. The chicken was so tender. He also order a side of meatballs, nice size not too small or too big. It’s a great place for a date, or celebration dinner or just for family. They also have great selection of wine!! Definitely going back!
