   La comida es excelente , al iniciar dan un recorrido explican en una barra los diferentes pescados y mariscos del día , el servicio con César el mesero que nos Atendio fue muy sobresaliente . El ambiente del lugar es maravilloso, nos tocó en la terraza observar el atardecer . Mis más sinceras felicitaciones.

   We had a wonderful dinner at Gaia yesterday with my family. The service was truly astonishing—Cesar and Bruno went above and beyond to make the experience personal and memorable. The raw bar tour, along with their detailed explanations, gave us a new appreciation for sustainable fishing practices. The food was exceptional. The bacalao was hands down the most delicious fish I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend the Ensenada Cebiche—fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. A fantastic dining experience all around!

   Just loved the unique experience they provided when you walked in. Each type of season was explained with complementary sparkling wine - and sparkling mocktail for my son.

   A truly memorable experience at Gaia in the Fairmont Hotel. The ambiance was refined yet welcoming, the food full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the service simply outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully executed an evening to remember.

   Had a great time at this restaurant. The kind hostess last night and our waiter Ambrosio were amazing. Great view on the patio near the beach. Highly recommend this place for dinner if you can.

   Very attentive staff with excellent food .Appreciated the chef reviewing the fresh seafood available which was on display. His suggestions based on other fish I was familiar with were spot on .

    We travel the globe a little bit and my wife and I can safely say this was the best seafood we’ve had PERIOD ATMOSPHERE GREAT. our waiter I think Luis was superb I wanna go back We had the all inclusive package and indulged in so many new foods and flavors and tastes!! The bar maid excellent drinks
