   The ambiance was beautiful. The plating was outstanding and the food was delicious. Service was impeccable. We had a wonderful lunch and would highly recommend this restaurant.

   Growing up in Hong Kong, one cannot help but be aware of Gaddi's iconic reputation. Having been away from the former British Crown Colony for so many years, we simply had to have a meal in this storied restaurant. We were not dissapointed. Hong Kong is a city filled with world-class restaurants, all vying for the elusive Michelan stars. Gaddi's seems to be above all that competition, with its comfortably elegant surroundings, attentive service, and a meal that we would remember for a long time to come. In today's Hong Kong, where everyone looks for glamour and glitter, I know that Gaddi's, and the Peninsula Hotel, will always be a standard bearer in terms of old world elegance and comfort, and hospitality that is a class of its own. Bravo to you for being the pride and joy of Hong Kong.

   Haven’t been to Gaddi’s for a long time. Now there is a life Jazz band from 7:30 pm with a great singer. I was with my family and we all had a great experience. Ordered wine from the Burgundy region and a 1st Cru. Apparently was their new find from a great small winery. Light but full of fragrance. A wonderful wine. We also asked to play Adele ‘When we were young’ and Louis Armstrong ‘What a wonderful world’. Amazing singer. She also did sing 鄧麗君 ‘月亮代表我的心’. My sons had pigeon and lamb. Wife had the beef cheek and I had the Wagu. All great dishes and finished with dessert. Perfect night and then Uber backed home. Need to be there again.

   Never lost the glamour and beauty of Gaddi’s dining, and the lingering dress code...whereas the chef was very accommodating and prepared a most enjoyable creative menu. Beautiful live music completes the dining experience to be left with only fond memories.

   My first time at Gaddi’s was on my first visit to Hong Kong 15 years ago. On this return trip I wondered it it would be as great as that first time. I couldn’t have been more satisfied! Gaddi’s is unique. Fine French dining in a cultured atmosphere. It is a classic. I only wish I could come more often. It’s marvelo.
