Welcome to Gab's! Come and dine with us for a creative experience you won't forget. From the artwork on the walls to the artwork Chef Nate Ashton is putting on the plate; Gab's will not disappoint. Recently receiving a Michelin Guide recommendation, Gab's is centered on locally sourced and seasonal cuisine. Chef Nate makes his housemade sourdough bread an hour before service every day. We use the highest quality, local, organic ingredients. A few highlights include the Berkshire Pork Chop, the Spaetzle with lump crab, and of course the Gab's Burger with a housemade sweet potato bun and signature sauces. We are right in the heart of the West Village on the famous Carmine Street. Gab's offers a gorgeous outdoor sidewalk patio as well as bar seats and a spacious dining room inside. We take walk ins and large groups. From the service to the food we go above and beyond to make sure dining is a luxury experience.

Decent food was overpriced and took forever to get even though the place was far from crowded. Maybe our uptown vibe wasn’t appreciated but at any rate with all the other choices out there this one isn’t a repeat.

Amazing dinner! Enjoyed the patio then moved into the bar when it started to rain. Attentive staff, great food, cool ambience.

Never disappointed every time we go!!! The service is top notch. The drinks are sooo delicious and the food is beyond words!!!!

The design is not well to encapsulate noise. We could hear the entire conversation at the other table. It was loud. I went with a baby, and I needed to leave.

We dined on a Tuesday evening, and the restaurant was quiet and the service was attentive. The food was excellent, and it's a very interesting menu, although the number of entrees is somewhat limited. We're glad we discovered Gab's and will be returning.

Menu was unique (great veg options), food delicious, and service friendly but very slow. I would return to sit outside where the service seemed better focused and it may be less loud... The food is worth it!

Indulgence meets perfection at this Michelin-starred gem! From succulent pork chops to delicate monkfish and a burger that's a culinary marvel, every bite is a testament to culinary mastery. But what truly sets this restaurant apart is its warm and welcoming staff, who treat you like old friends from the moment you step in. A dining experience that's as delightful as it is delicious. Plus Kevin the bartender is definitely a master at craft cocktails! The best food and drinks. Just wish I lived closer to go more often!

Waitress was horrible. We wanted to Order more, she didn’t come back for 30 minutes and then told us it was too late (after we asked for her multiple times). A shame because the food and ambiance was incredible
