About Gabriel's Restaurant
Gabriel's Restaurant features elegant Italian fine dining in the quaint town of Sedalia. Our restaurant is housed in the Victorian Manhart home which was built at the turn of the 1900's and converted into Gabriel's in 1985.
Matthew and Jan, owners, have been serving the greater Denver area for over 20 years. Gabriel's specializes in three-course dining so you won't just get an entree. Your evening will begin with an appetizer, followed by soup or salad, then the entree of your choice. Our pricing ranges from $28 to $51 for all three courses.
The extensive wine list offers a huge variety to compliment any dinner. We are conveniently located between Denver and Colorado Springs, just 20 minutes from the Tech Center and 30 from Denver.
Gabriel's is perfect for all occasions. Indulge yourself and experience the ultimate in elegant fine dining.

Gabriel's Restaurant Ratings and Reviews
I love the cozy atmosphere. Since this is a house that is on the Historic Registry, each room is interesting and only has maybe four tables which makes for a more intimate setting. The menu has a variety of excellent choices. We have never been disappointed.
Loved our experience at Gabriels! Sweet server, Vera was professional and friendly. We were warmly greeted at the door and the hospitality was great from that pont on. The filet is one of the best entrees we had. The butternut soup was amazing! Everyone enjoyed the evening. We will definitely return!
We generally love Gabriel's, but we were a little disappointed on this visit. Our steak specials were over cooked and the service was not as attentive as we have come to expect. Also, the bartender doesn't know how to make an Irish coffee! He poured Jamisons into black coffee with no whipped cream! We will return, but will try some other places first.
My husband and I went to Gabriels for our anniversary and it was wonderful! The food was excellent. The ambiance was quiet and service was prompt. The room was decorated for Xmas. The restaurant reminds me of a house with separate rooms to make it more private. We will go back again:)
We had not been to Gabriel's for a while and because we did not have family in the area we decided to go for Thanksgiving dinner. We were greeted with a smile and seated promptly. The service was leisurely but attentive. The wine list was varied with many selections but not overwhelming. Our waiter knew his wines and described them accurately. We chose the special which was prime rib with butternut squash soup and salmon appetizer. All were delicious with the prime rib done as requested. The surprise of the evening was the pumpkin cheesecake. It was fresh and sooooo tasty. To sum it up, the food was very good, the service was excellent and the atmosphere pleasant giving us an opportunity to unwind from a busy week. Thank you Gabriel's for giving us a lovely evening.
Gabriel’s is an amazing restaurant tucked in the cozy sleepy little town of Sedalia. Matthew, Jan and the entire staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Their authentic menu is impeccablely thought out, using fresh seasonal ingredients directly from the garden. If you are a local or a first time patron, you will be amazed and delighted at this hidden little gem.
Gabriel's has been one of our favs for years from when it started in Georgetown. Matthew and Jan have not only kept the awesome tradition but have selectively added their own touch over the years. Vera has been our server for years and has really given us personalized care. Our travels have made it difficult to dine there as often as we would like; however, each time we go, we always receive a royal welcome. The menu is incredible and features a variety of sumptuous entrees. The ambience at the Victorian home is cozy, warm, and inviting. It is a must for special occasions!
We went for our 33rd Anniversary! We had excellent and attentive wait staff. The food was absolutely delicious and they brought us a 'special dessert' for our occasion. We have been going to Gabriel's for about 10 years now, especially for special occasions. Would definitely recommend it!
One of the best restaurants in the metro area is in tiny Sedalia. A 3 course meal at a resonable price for the quality. I would call it American gourmet. I had the lobster ravioli appetizer, autumn salad and grilled lamb chops with gorgonzola, butternut squash and haricot verts. It's more than worth the drive.
Have gone to this place numerous times and as always, the food and service were exceptional. I go to this place for my birthday every year as I know the food will be great as well as the service. Nothing like having a great meal in an old victorian style house.
