Gaba was created by people who love food and all the experiences generated through it. Our main philosophy is continuous transformation, we believe that as we acquire experience and knowledge what we create changes and expands. Our menu does too. We honor the seasons, respecting the cycle of ingredients and source locally, focusing on the quality of the product and the passion of the team that transforms it. Our goal is to be a place where you can experience joyful connection around the table. Our atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, making you feel comfortable and at home. We offer delicious cocktails and a varied and interesting wine selection to compliment your experience. We are also open for morning coffee and breakfast.
Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

    La experiencia fue increíble. El servicio y atención por parte de los meseros fue excepcional. Fui a cenar por mi aniversario y nos obsequiaron una copa de vino blanco espumoso y una postal hermosa. Un grandioso detalle del equipo. El mesero que nos atendió nos dio excelentes recomendaciones y probamos gran parte del menú. Cada platillo que llegaba era mejor que el anterior. Nos explicaron cada uno de los platos y cada detalle fue excelentemente pensado. El sabor y mezcla de ingredientes verdaderamente espectacular. Les recomiendo mucho este lugar para cenas íntimas y para disfrutar de un menú diferente. El servicio de los meseros hace la experiencia sobresaliente.

    Best meal I ever had! And the service was fantastic. It really was an experience. If i ever travel back to mexico city I will eat at this restaurant again for sure. Gracias por todo! <3

    The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The service was warm, attentive, and the 90s/00s hip-hop playlist rounded out the experience. A standout for us was the grape appetizer—such a unique and creative dish that really set the tone for the meal.

    Our best meal during our four day visit. We had the crudo, the tomato and macadamia salad and the pork tomahawk. Creative, flavorful and nicely presented. The room had a nice vibe - an understated tone where the food and drinks can shine.
