   Really good menu and nice quality food for a reasonable price. The restaurant decor is nice and modern and feels luxurious. Service quick and good. Little bit quiet for a Saturday night, busier during the day at the weekend.

   Hadn't been before was recommended by a friend , it was absolutely gorgeous the food is unbelievably good best we have had in a long long time , the squid was fresh crispy tasty , the tuna rolls and the duck were moorish but the king prawn salad mains was served with a side dressing was really nice , but the best for me was the cod mains it was absoluty cooked and served to perfection so tasty and not a bit of stodgy food was seen on our plates , I'd definitely recommend Fuzen at the Hale country club and spa it's an oasis for dining excellence . The only thing I'd say is we drove up and down Clay lane twice couldn't see sign saying Fuzen , we rang them and they put us right , it's in the clu & spa .... You should try it , we defy you not to be blown away by the food .....

   Stop on the way to the airport. Useful to chill and park easily. I like the concept, like the home made sushi idea, but found a lack of flavour and overdosing with pretty bland mayonnaise style art work. The quality of sushi is in simplicity. Salads however very nice. Setting non descript. Waitress pleasant. Thing I really didn't like was the 2 price tier structure. Yes we aren't members, but it grates to know you are paying high prices for nice but not great food. I prefer my clubs, member discount approach, where no one is embarrassed and you are not overtly over charged.

   Booked Fusion as had just become a member of the country club. My wife ordered a steak sandwich without mustard and ended up with a steak sandwich with no garnish at all, no onions or mushrooms as sated on the menu. I ordered a rib eye steak which was perfect. After our mains we were completely ignored by the waiting staff, we did manage to get their attention to bring us the desert menu, and then we waited, but after 20 minutes of waiting to order and again being completely ignored , we made our way to the till to pay and left with no desert.

   Although restaurant is located in Hale Country Club, you do not feel like you are in a health club, the ambience and decor is similar to that of a five-star hotel. The menu choice is extensive, food is exceptional (with a good range of healthy dining options) and the service is impeccable. I would recommend this venue for business lunches/ dinners as it is easily accessible with car parking

   Simply amazing. Dish after dish of pure joy! From the lobster roll to the soft shell crab and the toasted marshmallows - beautifully presented, fresh, different and delicious. A must!
