Before being professionally trained in the culinary arts, our chef spent many years in the military and was stationed in locations around the world. This international exposure has given him a wide-ranging culinary scope which we combine into a truly unique dining experience here at Fusions. We challenge our diners to step "outside the box" and suggest that everyone try every item on our menu at least once. Many of our offerings may be completely unfamiliar to our guests, however, we believe that small portions and handcrafted specialty items, such as ours, are perfect for culinary exploration or sharing a one-of-a-kind dining experience with friends. We hope you join us for a comfortable, welcoming experience whether dining alone, with that special someone, or as a group.

Tuna Poke Trio (Hawaii)
Ahi tuna poke prepared three ways....Traditional shoyu, spicy sriracha, and the third mixed with our housemade kimchi. Served with sticky rice, cucumber, pickled daikon that's made in-house, and our crispy wonton strips.
Shrimp & Grits Bites (Deep South)
A trio of polenta cakes topped with cajun seasoned shrimp, crispy bacon, and a creamy smoked cheese sauce.
Fish & Chips (England)
Traditional beer battered fish with crispy housemade chips (french fries) and mushy peas.
Squid Two Ways (Japan & Australia)
Japanese buttered squid paired with Australian salt and pepper squid. Served with housemade pickled ginger and sticky rice.
Pork Carnitas Tostadas (Mexico)
Housemade corn tortilla topped with slow cooked pork carnitas, pico de gallo, pickled red onions, our queso blanco, and cilantro.
Tostones w/ Mango Salsa (Caribbean)
Sweet and salty tostones topped with mango salsa and chimichurri sauce.
Ramen (Japan)
Authentic Japanese soup served with housemade noodles and topped with beech mushrooms, corn, pork chashu, green onions, peppers and a soft boiled egg.

The food was all great; we enjoyed everything, but the bulgogi was the best! We liked it so much that we came back for a second dinner during our 7 days on St Croix.

We were first introduced to Fusions at a charity event and were blown away by their crab rangoons. Fusions is the little restaurant that could. It lost its roof when Hurricane Maria hit, but the owners did not take long to get a blue tarp on the roof and re-open. We love the small plates, each highlighting a different country. They are each delicious and the service is very friendly and relaxed.

Fusions was an awesome experience! The food was absolutely out of this world… And very inexpensive. For offering foods around the world, they certainly know how to prepare each delicacy the way it is prepared in each country...even better! Ask for Akeem (sorry if the spelling is wrong)-he will take very good care of you!

Once again the food is amazing! Keeps bringing us back but the service is always awful. So slow. Understand island time but this is island time 2.0. So sad as the food is the very best!

My wife and i went to lunch here recently and the food was delicious. Melissa runs the front of the house and her husband Chris (from Trinidad) does the cooking. They have travelled all over the world and bring dishes from everywhere.Tuna poke from Hawaii, shrimp and grits from the Deep South, Bulgogi from Korea,Yakitori from Japan just to name a few. They have lots of small plates to share but if you are really hungry they offer Big Plates as well. Great service and super food. Can't ask for much more in St Croix.

Great place. Small plates are fantastic as well as the regular entrees. Everything is fresh cooked and delicious. Just love those corn fritters. Do yourself a favor and go. Reasonable prices for the quality
