Before being professionally trained in the culinary arts, our chef spent many years in the military and was stationed in locations around the world. This international exposure has given him a wide-ranging culinary scope which we combine into a truly unique dining experience here at Fusions. We challenge our diners to step "outside the box" and suggest that everyone try every item on our menu at least once. Many of our offerings may be completely unfamiliar to our guests, however, we believe that small portions and handcrafted specialty items, such as ours, are perfect for culinary exploration or sharing a one-of-a-kind dining experience with friends. We hope you join us for a comfortable, welcoming experience whether dining alone, with that special someone, or as a group.

Tuna Poke Trio (Hawaii)
Ahi tuna poke prepared three ways....Traditional shoyu, spicy sriracha, and the third mixed with our housemade kimchi. Served with sticky rice, cucumber, pickled daikon that's made in-house, and our crispy wonton strips.
Shrimp & Grits Bites (Deep South)
A trio of polenta cakes topped with cajun seasoned shrimp, crispy bacon, and a creamy smoked cheese sauce.
Fish & Chips (England)
Traditional beer battered fish with crispy housemade chips (french fries) and mushy peas.
Squid Two Ways (Japan & Australia)
Japanese buttered squid paired with Australian salt and pepper squid. Served with housemade pickled ginger and sticky rice.
Pork Carnitas Tostadas (Mexico)
Housemade corn tortilla topped with slow cooked pork carnitas, pico de gallo, pickled red onions, our queso blanco, and cilantro.
Tostones w/ Mango Salsa (Caribbean)
Sweet and salty tostones topped with mango salsa and chimichurri sauce.
Ramen (Japan)
Authentic Japanese soup served with housemade noodles and topped with beech mushrooms, corn, pork chashu, green onions, peppers and a soft boiled egg.
Poutine (Canada)
Our crispy french fries topped with housemade squeaky cheese curds and gravy.
Chamorro Surf and Turf (Guam)
Traditional beef kelaguen and shrimp patties served with red rice.

hands down the best food and menu on Saint Croix! The diverse menu featuring local and international small plates as well as main dishes is delightful. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner, I ate there the day before heading back home to the US. Living in NY I've had mu share of great meals, Fusion left little to be missed or desired... I highly recommend this place.

Great small plates. We have sampled allot of them each one with its own individual goodness. Good drinks and reasonable prices all the way around. A must when on island

Excellent dining experience. Small servings (tapas) is a great way to sample this menu with many creative and flavorful items. Must visit again.

It's not easy running a restaurant and bar during a hurricane recovery but these guys are doing it! The concept of small plates from around the world is really fun and there is no question that Fusions will only get better.

Strictly low end here. Plastic chairs, paper napkins, unfinished atmosphere, and food to match. Waste of time and money.

Fusions is a nice addition to our restaurant to our repertoire in St. Croix. The decor is very nice , unfortunately there are two televisions above the bar. The televisions take away from the nice atmosphere it is trying to convey. Is it a restaurant or a sport's bar?? The menu is very interesting, eclectic and savory. The dishes are very small and are more like small appetizers than a meal. Tapas in Spain are bigger in size than those here at Fusions. The presentation is beautiful. The service was fairly good however our waitress made a mistake on our order and later the bill. I think it would be wise to add some entrees to the menu or give people a chance to have a bigger portion of any one of the "tapas". I am not alone in expressing my opinion on the size of the dishes. I heard it even before I went there.
