The cauliflower appetizer was good. The pastitsio was a small portion and Bechamel wasn’t very fluffy. Lentil soup was probably the best thing we ordered. Ground beef kebabs were good but perhaps too much garlic. Roasted vegetables were undercooked. Not exactly Turkish nor Greek nor Lebanese, this restaurant might be trying to serve too many cuisines at once but not excelling at any of them. The waitress was friendly.

My wife and I decided to try Fusion and we weren't disappointed. We enjoyed a tasty salad with shrimp and fried cheese and the kofta. Both dishes were excellent. The service was great and we will return.

We have been here a number of times both for lunch and dinner. The quality and quantity of the food served has always been excellent. The lamb kabob, the salmon kabob, the cauliflower, all the appetizers, the list goes on. Oh, and the pita is to die for. You get both a tziziki and harissa sauce for your meal, so there are several great flavor combinations to try (or not). The service is excellent when they are not too crowded...........they tend to operate short staffed, but that seems to be changing as we've notice new staff has been added recently. Still, have patience if the place is busy. The restaurant decor is nothing to write home about, but what is important to us is that we can have a conversation with our friends across the table without having to yell at them to be heard. Even on Saturday evenings when an excellent singer/guitarist is playing, we can still have a pleasant conversation without the entertainment overpowering us. We highly recommend this restaurant and encourage you to come give it a try, too. Brujay

Love this place! Their food and service is consistently wonderful! Best lamb in town! We also love their Cauliflower and Brussels sprouts appetizers. They are outside our neighborhood bubble, but always worth the trip!!!

Outstanding food. if the restaurant is busy you will need to be patient with the wait staff. They are usually shorthanded. I highly recommend this restaurant. We’ve been there numerous times for both lunch and dinner and we are never disappointed.

Great food and good 'background' live music on Saturday evening. There were only a couple waiters, so they were busy, so we always had to grab their attention to get something. Otherwise, great food in a great atmosphere and will definitely return!

So happy to have found this place; already planning a trip back before the month ends. We were struggling to find a location for which we could make reservations for our party of 12 on Mother's Day. After a search with the seat quantity and time selection on OpenTable, Fusion popped up as one of three options. We're so glad it did! The food was absolutely divine and we tried a couple of new dishes that are now our favorites. Must order the Muhammara - none of us had ever heard of it and it was quickly wiped out. Also, the house-made Harissa was spectacular! If they bottled and sold it, I would be first in line to purchase. Don't miss the hummus with braised lamb and the Brussels sprouts (they weren't on the special Mother's Day menu, but the chef accommodated us with an order of them anyway - very cool) . Although they don't have a kid's menu, they prepared chicken skewers and French fries without the Greek seasoning for my niece. The staff was superb and checked on us frequently; we never wanted for anything. When we arrived, there was a man playing guitar and singing and I was worried about the noise level. It was actually very pleasant and he wrapped up just as we were getting comfortable; I suppose he was there for brunch only. It made for a wonderful ambiance and I hope he's planning when we next visit. I have nothing but great things to say about Fusion and am excitedly awaiting future trips. I can't wait to introduce more people to their place. Thanks for a great experience! 10/10

I don’t know if I’ve ever had such great service. My friends and I all went for the first time for my birthday. We were treated to appetizers, dessert and even a bottle of wine for me. We were encouraged to take our time and enjoy ourselves instead of rushing us out. The food was incredible. I’m already planning a return visit 3 days later.

confused on the concept on fusion Mediterranean. The food was mostly Turkish when we were expecting a more diverse Mediterranean menu. The kitchen appeared dirty with dirty clothes. The service was excellent. The food wasn't as pleasing as we hoped. Lamb was very greasy.

Good food. The brussels sprouts and cauliflower appetizers were outstanding. The only complaint would be the baba ghanoush needs a little more seasoning. All the entrées had excellent flavor. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

The experience was great. Food was exquisite, service was good. Only thing was that when I made the reservation it didn’t indicate that it was a set menu for a set price. Seen other couples that had reservations at different times, but once they arrived they had to wait for block times. Luckily my reservation was at one of those block times so I had no issues on that aspect. The restaurant did give me a call, on the day of, to advise and ask if I was ok with the set menu and price. Overall though it was as a great experience and the food was awesome. Will definitely give it another try to see how a regular night would be…

Decided last minute to try this spot after running errands at north park mall nearby. We enjoy Mediterranean food so we figured why not. We were sat within 10 minutes from arrival. Our waitress, initially was average. Rather than bringing water to the table she asked us if we were ready to order. Thought it weird since I would’ve enjoyed getting water and being welcomed to the establishment first. I saw that to be the case with the other tables she wished. After asking a couple times for water we eventually got it. That is the only negative feedback for this establishment, aside for the longer than usual wait time for food. But the food? Damn good. The wait for the food may have felt long because we were with our three kids (5 and under), but the wait turned out to be worth it. We had the lamb shank (amazing), lamb and chicken kabob, med salad with grill shrimp (perfect), brussel speouts (delicious) and warm lamb humus (so good). They were apologetic about the long wait and watergate so gave us hummus and baklavas on the house. Would highly recommend this spot for everyday dining. Saturday they have live music which was a nice touch. Thank you for amazing food and overall good service. We’d visit again if ever in the area .

What an awesome find! A friend had been there twice and has been singing its praises, so we tried it last night. So glad we did! Food was amazing! Started with their roasted cauliflower and a walnut pesto type pita spread (Mumumus?). (Can’t remember the name and couldn’t find it online). Both were delicious. For dinner, we had the braised lamb shoulder, lamb kabob, chicken kabob with the grilled veggies and rice. Everything was wonderful. The lamb was cooked to perfection!… tender and had the best flavor. Our server, Avia(?) took wonderful care of us. They don’t have their liquor license yet, so they are BYOB. Weather was awful last night, so few people were out. We were the only people dining in, but thee was a constant flow of food delivery drivers. Wish we lived closer to be able to get deliveries, but it’s worth the drive for us to be back often!!

Just driving through Dallas and felt the urge for Mediterranean. This place hit the spot. Right from the start the service was en pointe. The meal was quick, warm and very satisfying. I would recommend everyone give this place a try and I'm only sorry you are 300+ miles away or I would visit more frequently.

The food here is absolutely delicious! We tried the lamb with hummus, vegetable moussaka, and chicken kabobs- all cooked to perfection. The tamarind iced tea was fantastic. Wait staff very attentive. BYOB. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely we back. Highly recommend!

I have wanted to try Fusion because I read all of the glowing reviews. I must say, both the service and the food were impeccable. The restaurant manager came right over to our table at the start to introduce himself and explain the Fusion concept of the Mediterranean cuisine. As one of the guests at our table was Lebanese and a foodie, he had many questions. The food manager was very knowledgeable about the food preparation and told us that the chef would be happy to prepare the meal to our liking. On his suggestion, I ordered the lamb shoulder which was slow cooked both tender and succulent. I highly recommend this establishment for a special meal.

We had a reservation early on a Saturday night with a group of 12. The restaurant was prepared for us and the single waitress did an excellent job dealing with the large table by herself. Food was excellent and although one of our group had to wait extra time for his order due to the meat accidentally overcooking and the chef having to start over, the manager apologized profusely and made that entree no charge. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals and we definitely would go back again!

The food has been excellent every time we come. And this time was no exception; however, the "joint was jumping" with several large parties with not enough wait staff to properly cover the crowd. Several in our party got their food late and one didn't get her food at all. However, there was plenty of food on the table to share. And the waitress did apologize profusely and brought the missing meal in a to-go box at no charge. The faux-pax was handled very well. Sam, the owner/manager indicated there would be more staff as their dine-in crowd has continued to grow. My wife and I were not deterred and we will be back. So will the other couple with the missing meal as the quality of the food speaks for itself. Come with patience if they are still short-handed. The meal will be worth it.
