Permanently Closed - Füse Restaurant & Bar
Füse is a chef-driven, family-owned restaurant and beer bar. The concept is simple: an ever-changing menu inspired by what’s in season, the day’s weather or the chef’s latest obsession. You will find Southern dishes as well as other American specialties, renditions of well-known international gastronomy, and some not-so-common culinary experiments. Our core menu changes seasonally with Specials changing nightly.

Always enjoyable experience with unique and tasty bites!
Hope y’all find a new location quickly cause we love brunch at fuse!!!
Great service! Eclectic food options and huge selection of cocktails and craft beers.
Great food and killer cocktails.
Our favorite Augusta restaurant. Food is always outstanding from farm to table. Have never been disappointed. Our go to when friends or family come to visit.
Came for brunch and drinks. Brunch food and menu was excellent, but where Füse really shines is its drink menu. Between three of us we tried at least 10 different drinks off the menu and every. single. one. of. them. was perfect and beyond delicious.
Fabulous .....great restaurant for unique dining experience
My friend and I like to meet up at Fuse at least once per month. She is such a finicky eater and she fell in love with this place on her first visit. The food is different and very delicious. I also love the drinks, especially the smoked ones.
Great service. Delicious food.
Nice vibe; laid back but in a good way. Unique and delicious food. Great service. Didn't feel rushed, which is nice compared to some other local establishments.
Fuse has a very small, seasonal, food menu but the craft beer selection was awesome.
Fresh catch was delicious, carbonara was amazing. Heather is fabulous as always, excellent recommendations and impeccable service.
Birthday dinner. But fine there often.
Amazing menu options! The drink menu is quite diverse as well.
The pork shoulder was dry and the collard/kimchi was unedible. Have eaten here several times and this was a bad experience altogether.
Wonderful, as always. The drinks are phenomenal and the atmosphere is perfect.
The food was delicious and the server was attentive.
My family and I decided to go in for dinner tonight. Even though it was busy, we were promptly brought water and had our drink orders taken. Our server was very attentive and quickly brought out our appetizer. Our meals followed, nicely timed, as we had just finished our appetizer. The food was DELICIOUS! Two of us had the Low Country Risotto & the other had the award-winning Füse Burger. Our dining experience was brightened by a visit from the chef, who was conversing with guests about their experience. He was very courteous and thanked us for dining with them tonight. We will definitely be back!
Our Sunday, early evening dining experience was delightful. It was our first visit, having window shopped the menu previously. Food was well crafted & tasted great. Our waiter, Zach, accommodated us with ease. Great value, especially with their lineup of Sunday eve specials. Plan a return visit in short order.
I had a really good meal here. Too bad this place is going to close soon!
Chicken Paprikash was delicious!
Great cocktails. Vegetarian tacos were fantastic (pork ones were okay). Ice cream was delicious.
Had an outstanding first experience but this past Wed. the experience did not match the first time. The greeter was working behind the bar and was not only not friendly, he appeared to be annoyed despite only a small portion of the tables being filled. The server was great.
The outside seating was problematic since it appeared to not have been swept or even raked for at least days if not weeks (debris caked against building).
The mushroom appetizer and spare ribs were only fair when compared to the previous time (missing some fresh spice taste and the rib meat did not fall off the bone as before). The chicken curry was good.
Had been eager to revisit but we are not as eager to return. Really want Fuse to succeed but some changes are needed.
Good wine, and food was pretty tasty. It is a little pricey but not for a nice evening with family member.
The food here is delicious! The waiter was very attentive and we got the window seat, best seat in the house! The noise level was a bit high, but everything else was perfect. Drinks are great.
The food and service was great. We had brunch, and the menu was varied yet unique. Very yummy and proportions were very good. The only problem I had is that we were with friends, and the noise level was such (high ceiling, hard floors) that I couldn't hear anyone at our table. This probably wouldn't be problematic for everyone, but for me, it was. Still, I enjoyed it.
The food was good, however, the service was quiet annoying. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy our food because the waitress was at our table every 2 seconds - checking on this or that. We stated and "now we will enjoy our food", and she just kept coming. She even asked us questions as she was taking the order from the table across from ours - it was unbelievable, they even commented on her poor etiquette as a waitress. Poor service can make even the best food taste bad, the staff really needs to take a class on how to serve and create an atmosphere so that patrons can enjoy their food. I will not return and I will not recommend this place to any new comers.
The service was excellent, the mushroom small plate and garam masala chai creme brûlée both out of this world!
Sorry to hear closing in October. Very sad as we love this restaurant. Very gluten free friendly. Important to me!
Carbonnera was amazing. Hats off to the chef who checked on us! Heather was fabulous as always, making excellent recommendations and making we were happy with our order. Amazing!
Füse is cute and has many a simple short and sweet menu. There are great vegetarian options and the service was great.
Becoming one of our favorites downtown!
Food was very good but menu was limited to brunch items only. A bit noisy and confined space. Service was very good.
Fun restaurant with a great vibe. Service was great! Had brunch and loved that they had options to swap out for my gluten free needs so They didn’t have to “go ask” 👌🏼🙌🏻 everything was yummy and my hubs loved his meal as well! Looking forward to going back to try dinner soon.
Fuse is by far the best restaurant in the CSRA. The food is fresh, creative and mouthwateringly delicious. All of the employees are fun, efficient, friendly and polite. Beer and wine choices suit us every visit. If possible, we go once a week, going again next weekend. Oh yes, brunch is off the charts also. Fuse is da bomb!! Love it.
Service was good and food was 9 out of 10
I’ve eaten there before and usually good but not great. Tonight was just fair. Service was lacking; got water immediately but server was another 15 minutes before he came to get drink order and went ahead and asked for our dinner orders as well. Potstickers tasted like they were thawed from Costco. Flatbread was a pita with diced tomatoes on top. My tacos were the tiniest tortillas I’ve ever seen. It was like I was at a tea party. The shrimp taco consisted of two shrimp and some cheese. Food is overpriced for what you get. I don’t mind paying for nice quality food, but this experience was mediocre. I do not plan to return.
KC and Michael(?) took excellent care of our party of four. Food, as always, was tasty and delicious!
Wonderful drinks and food. Great prices. We will be back!
First time at Füse... it was awesome! Food was superb, wait staff was great, ambiance was fresh. I can't wait to go back!
