Füse Restaurant & Bar
Brunch: Saturday & Sunday 11am - 3pm
Happy Hour & Late Lunch : Daily from 3pm - 5pm
Dinner: Daily from 5pm - Close
The food was good, however, the service was quiet annoying. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy our food because the waitress was at our table every 2 seconds - checking on this or that. We stated and "now we will enjoy our food", and she just kept coming. She even asked us questions as she was taking the order from the table across from ours - it was unbelievable, they even commented on her poor etiquette as a waitress. Poor service can make even the best food taste bad, the staff really needs to take a class on how to serve and create an atmosphere so that patrons can enjoy their food. I will not return and I will not recommend this place to any new comers.
The service was excellent, the mushroom small plate and garam masala chai creme brûlée both out of this world!
Sorry to hear closing in October. Very sad as we love this restaurant. Very gluten free friendly. Important to me!
Carbonnera was amazing. Hats off to the chef who checked on us! Heather was fabulous as always, making excellent recommendations and making we were happy with our order. Amazing!
Füse is cute and has many a simple short and sweet menu. There are great vegetarian options and the service was great.
Becoming one of our favorites downtown!
Food was very good but menu was limited to brunch items only. A bit noisy and confined space. Service was very good.
Fun restaurant with a great vibe. Service was great! Had brunch and loved that they had options to swap out for my gluten free needs so They didn’t have to “go ask” 👌🏼🙌🏻 everything was yummy and my hubs loved his meal as well! Looking forward to going back to try dinner soon.
Fuse is by far the best restaurant in the CSRA. The food is fresh, creative and mouthwateringly delicious. All of the employees are fun, efficient, friendly and polite. Beer and wine choices suit us every visit. If possible, we go once a week, going again next weekend. Oh yes, brunch is off the charts also. Fuse is da bomb!! Love it.
Service was good and food was 9 out of 10
I’ve eaten there before and usually good but not great. Tonight was just fair. Service was lacking; got water immediately but server was another 15 minutes before he came to get drink order and went ahead and asked for our dinner orders as well. Potstickers tasted like they were thawed from Costco. Flatbread was a pita with diced tomatoes on top. My tacos were the tiniest tortillas I’ve ever seen. It was like I was at a tea party. The shrimp taco consisted of two shrimp and some cheese. Food is overpriced for what you get. I don’t mind paying for nice quality food, but this experience was mediocre. I do not plan to return.
KC and Michael(?) took excellent care of our party of four. Food, as always, was tasty and delicious!
Wonderful drinks and food. Great prices. We will be back!
First time at Füse... it was awesome! Food was superb, wait staff was great, ambiance was fresh. I can't wait to go back!
Great food and helpful staff. Wife is a vegetarian and sometimes it's very hard to find a restaurant with choices other than a salad. Not the case here. Very pleased.
Excellent as always. One our favorite restaurants in Augusta.
Delicious as always! My favorite restaurant in Augusta!
Celebrated 4 birthdays. Staff very accommodating to get us out on time to go to a play. Food was good, two of us thought the shrimp/grits a little too tomato’y. Also felt at least two more main entree’s would’ve been better. the menu is a little bit too small. All in all would go back.
Everyone friendly. Seated immediately. Service was excellent and food and drink were outstanding.
Dinner was amazing as always. The menus changes regularly, and we enjoyed the new items.
Nice experience on the final day of the masters. The staff handled a crazy evening well , food was delicious, nice recommendations for cocktails and overall good value
Wonderful dinner during Masters weekend.
Micheala (sp?) was fabulous..
Meal delicious!! Would absolutely dine here again.
Great little place in downtown Augusta. It's Small so you'll need a reservation, but I will say the service, atmosphere and food was amazing. The bar made great drinks and our server was delightful. Definitely a place I'll visit again if I am ever in town!
The drinks were so good. The infusions were very original and delicious! And the food was inventive and tasty. Service was great. Overall super experience
Service was amazing! Drinks and food so yummy. I definitely recommend and we will be back.
While we have been to Fuse for brunch before, this was by far the worst experience. We made a reservation for noon and actually were a little early but our reserved table was tucked away over in a corner near the front with mostly hidden our view of the rest of the restaurant. After waiting a while for water and to order, our waitress, whose name I think was Talia, took a while to bring my wife's mimosa and then later brought me the coffee. We ran out of water and coffee about 15 minutes later and waited around another five minutes before I finally got up and started toward the bar and another waitress saw I was carrying an empty cup and offered to bring more coffee and water. She brought me another coffee and also the coffee my wife ordered but never got. Talia showed up a few minutes later with water. We could see that another table outside, which came well after we did, got their food. It was well after 12:30, probably close to 40 minutes, before we got our food. My Mushroom Benedict was barely warm and my wife's food was no better. The taste was actually good but would have been better warm. All we got were a couple of "so sorrys" from Talia when she brought the food and the check. I worked as a waiter for six years so I know mistakes can be made and we can all have an off day and so I still tipped her 20 percent because I know waiters depend on tips but she could have been more forthcoming and at least acknowledged the mistake and frankly we will go elsewhere next time.
Everything was absolutely delicious the Lamb burger, drinks , and ice cream. Service impeccable. Going again this week!!
If I could give it 6 starts, I would! Small, but creative menu paired with a great beer list and staff. What more could you ask for?
We had the house specials of the day: fish and grits for me, short ribs for my wife and friend. Would definitely have both again.
Fuse was a wonderful surprise. As a local, I’ve been to most of the good spots around augusta. My friend and I wanted to try “something new”. If you’re from this city you know that even with the appearance of a new spot, that doesn’t mean their menu will be different. We wanted a menu with more flare than roast bbq pork shoulder, Mac and cheese, streak, and shrimp and grits. 🙄 Fuse definitely delivered. The beef stew was impeccable and the drinks were absolutely amazing and different. Service was top notch. I loved that I made a reservation, walked in, and boop! Was immediately sat at my table. It’s a nice place to go for a good pallet refresher if you up to trying new places and not the same ole Augusta cuisine. I will be frequenting this spot more often and it may become my new go to bar. Ps- don’t be afraid of the fact that the prices are not listed online because of the frequent menu changes. I spent $46 on two very good drinks, an appetizer and a main course. Pricing was reasonable for everything listed on the menu that night.
Great Food , excellent service and good atmosphere!
Delicious and different every time, excellent service
Service was good. Beef stew was to salty. I guess designed to sell beer. Barely edible.
Chicken taco had bell pepper. Not good.
Always an excellent experience and amazing food every time we visit. One of our favorite spots in town!
Don't judge a book by it's cover. This place was so cool on the inside. The food was delicious. And the drinks were even better. We started with the dumpling appetizer and then split two entrees-- a pork belly special and the indian chicken. Both amazing! I will definitely be going back!
Great food and service. Our only complaint was the noise level was a bit high early on, but it got quieter as people finished their meals and began to leave. The food selection is very good, and they have specials as well.
We’ve gone to Füse a number of times to see if our experience gets better, but it has not. I want to like this restaurant more because of its great location and fantastic beer selection, however the service is incredibly slow and the food is okay, but not on par with similarly priced restaurants in the area. Overall, worth a try but not a second visit.
Great burgers and the mushroom medley was
Awesome. Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
Always love eating here !! Definitely ready to try it on a non brunch day but brunch never disappoints! Definitely make reservations ahead of time if you have a larger party!
Very friendly wait staff. Food was served expediently as we had a concert to attend later. Will go back when we can linger more...
