One of the most varied menus in Naples. Very friendly, responsive and informative service. Portions too large for one and recommend sharing. Nice wine list with good range of prices. Should not have sat outside as too much noise and distraction from 41. Wish I had ordered short ribs or pork chop. Daughter did not like shrimp and grits.

Wow, what a unique menu and what excellent flavor in all that we ordered.
The Crispy Catch & the Huckleberry Catch were phenomenal. The tiramisu martini for dessert was also amazing - oh, and the wine. We love Oregon Pinot and had a unique one from a vineyard we hadn't heard of. No bulk mass wines, was a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

The last two times we have been there the service was very slow but on Saturday evening it was way too slow. We arrived at 7 pm, ordered dinner by 7:15 pm and were served the main course at 8:20pm. The pasta Bolognese was too soggy and the Huckleberry redfish dish is not appetizing sitting on top of a large pile of scalloped potatoes.

What a wonderful eclectic place. Jason took very good care of us and Monica is a great mixologist. We can't wait to go back.

Food is amazing !!!been going to this restaurant since 2015 and every time it’s above the expectations! The chef does such a wonderful job in putting together mouthful dishes...it’s something different but so delicious! If you’re on Naples you have to try it ! Won’t be disappointed! Also here we had the best dessert , avocado cheesecake...that was some time ago but hopefully the chef reconsiders and puts it back on the menu ☺️

Sat at the bar, Monica makes great cocktails and has a very nice whiskey selection.

Visiting Naples for the first time, we found Fuse on Trip Advisor. What an amazing meal! Our server, Gigi, gave excellent descriptions of the food preparation, and helped us narrow down our choices, because everything sounded incredible. Our food was so delicious. The preparation was creative, unique, and had so many layers of flavors. We had the date appetizer, the tuna and the scallops with pork belly. All was fantastic! Oh, and the cocktails were delicious, too!

Ate outside by the parking lot. A little noisy. Overall a good time. GiGi was a great waitress.

Birthday. We love this restaurant. Food is so amazing. We ate here twice last winter. Love the soup, kangaroo carpaccio, fish of the day is always delicious. Our waitress was very friendly.

Food as always, spectacular. Our server was not as attentive to our table. Maybe an off night for her. Won’t stop us from going back.

Fuse is my favorite restaurant in Naples,by far. Chef Greg is inspired and his food is consistently Devine. Monika is passionate about operations and her exceptional cocktails. Her customers love her! I’m still singing praises about our dinner last Sat.

Great service. Meals were a bit pricey. Seemed that more went into presentation than food quality. Food was OK, but not great compared to price.

Outstanding meal . The bacon wrapped dates and grilled octopus were amazing starters . The catch of the day was cooked to perfection with great flavors. Portions are big . The cocktails are a must . Solid wine list. This restaurant never disappoints !

Came here for the first time in October. And back again in January. Our service both times was amazing. We actually had the same waitress and she remembered us and remember we celebrated my birthday back in October. The walnut old fashion and ghost and smoke drinks are amazing! Food is fantastic as well. Will always return to fuse!

Clean and cozy place. Food was innovative and delicious. My wife enjoyed her salmon and I really liked my crispy hogfish. BBQ buns appetizer was really good too. Gigi hosted us for a great first time visit!

Fuse has a nice vibe and our waitress was very nice. The food left a lot to be desired, unfortunately. The menu sounded delicious, so we were disappointed to be served extremely bland food. The bread served was a very basic wheat roll served with plain olive oil for dipping (no garlic, Parmesan or spices). The salad was very average. My husband’s tuna dish was presented beautifully and had a wasabi kick, but otherwise, was flavorless (not seasoned properly). The fish special was in desperate need of salt and flavor and the accompanying mushrooms and potatoes were soaked in a quarter inch of oil, making them almost inedible. For the price, we expected far better.

Cocktails to bring you back for more, portions large enough to split or share plates, unique dishes topped off with attentive servers.
I look forward to my next visit.

We love Fuse! Have been a few times and it really has some very interesting food choices as well as a great wine list. The cocktails are unique and they have a great selection of liquors to choose from, better than most! It is a Naples gem that more people need to know about.

Fuse is a great place. Great food and awesome cocktails. I had a new Salmon dish that was fantastic. We always have a good time there.
