Ramen
Handmade noodles and sides by Michelin Star Chef Shin Thompson and loud hip-hop music. We chose the name Furious Spoon to educate guests on the culturally proper way to eat ramen– “furiously.” You slurp the noodles furiously so that the noodles and the other ingredients do not overcook in the hot broth.

Not sure if they were understaffed or way backed up. We waited an hour for our soup and it was cold.

Did not honor our reservation waited 30 minutes to be seated waited another 45 minutes for my appetizer to arrive in an additional 40 minutes for the mail to arrive which included every person in my party being served at a different time

The ramen was a work of art and simply delicious. Our waitress was cheerful and attentive. A five star (but laid back and unpretentious) dining experience!
