   Overall disappointed. Our server was never to be found. Drinks stayed empty...needed extras for our food...never got it...we finally had to ask other servers for things we needed. For the price...dont stop..go somewhere else. Dont waste your money here.

   Don't try to pay with the Disney Gift Cards even thou they are accepted at the restaurant. The wait staff will complain that it will take extra long to pay the bill that way because they have to run it thru two different systems. I am not sure why it is different at Fulton's because everywhere else we have used them in restaurants it was a simple swipe. If it was so difficult and the wait staff hates them, then why accept them or at least put a note on the door that the restaurant prefers you don't use them at all there because that is the only reason we splurged to eat at the expensive restaurant because we had gift cards that were "accepted" there. After all the finagling they did (at least 20 minutes worth), they ended up over charging us by $10 and instead of returning the one remaining gift card with a balance that should have been $11.56, they gave us a card that had a balance of $1.56. So in essence the wait staff gave themselves an additional $10 tip to make it a $19 tip on a $45 bill. BUYER BEWARE

   My daughters and I enjoyed our meal. The crab was great & the shrimp & grits were YUMMY! This was definitely an overpriced "vacation" dinner. But sometimes Disney's atmosphere makes the overspending okay.

   Came here with my husband, and my brother and nephew who was down for a visit. We heard they were closing for a major renovations and wanted one last look around. We had brought our families here in 1993 and had our first character breakfast with our young girls and niece and nephew (who is now 32). It had not changed one bit and was definitely time for that renovation. The waiter was fantastic, the view was fantastic, the food was good and even though the prices were a little pricey for the food we received we enjoyed. We are very excited to see how the renovation brings this wonderful piece of Disney nostalgia back to life.

   I am a Tables in Wonderland member and I always love taking my business clients to Fultons. This night the server was really overwhelmed, she brought drinks to our table before we had even ordered any and then she kept asking us "Are you sure these aren't yours?" Since we had just come to the table from the bar and had drinks on the table this was a funny question to us. We had to flag her down to order appetizers, then she forgot for over 30 minutes to bring us new drinks and she just brought us the bill without asking if we wanted dessert or anything else. I apologized to our out of town client and told him this wasn't the service we have ever received. The server even came to the table with red wine splashed on her white jacket which seemed odd that there aren't back up uniforms when spills occur. The food was as always delicious, but the service soured the night.

   Fulton's is still the best in Dining at Disney Springs. The preparation and presentation is top notch from start to finish. Nothing is better then having a quality meal with great service. No matter if it's Brunch,Lunch or Dinner Fulton's is the place for fine Dining.

   Service was excellent. Crab cake was very meaty. Ambience was diverse and scenic.
