   Great space, fun decor, attractive menu. We were a table of 7, along with another table of 6 and a table of two. That’s it. Yet the multiple employees (our server in particular) seemed only moderately interested in ensuring we had a good experience. They struggled to get food from the kitchen to our table before it dropped from its ideal serving temperature. Beef fat frites? They should be served hot, not luke warm. Mashed potatoes? They should be served warm, not room temperature. Is this a function of insufficient warmers in the kitchen? Or the server allowing the food to sit in the kitchen too long before being bothered to fetch it? The taste was good overall but the temperatures were off (including the pasta dishes). The service was meh. This has the potential to be a destination restaurant (we were in town for a conference) but the space and ambience can’t go it alone without appropriately attentive service (and good served at the correct temperature).

   THIS PLACE IS CLOSED BUT CAN STILL MAKE RESERVATIONS ONLINE. Save yourself some time and call instead. My girlfriend and I showed up with reservations confirmed online but the place was closed and looked abandoned.

   The worst dinner we have had in years, possibly ever. Food was cold, unseasoned, tasteless.

   I took my 2 daughters here for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We were seated next to the entrance, which of course was drafty. During a winter storm. Our waitress forgot our drinks on 2 separate occasions, and did not understand the dessert menu. The food was unremarkable and overpriced. The sashimi looked/was dry, the shareable chicken was spiced with little flavor. My girls didn’t enjoy the experience. Neither did I. I believe this restaurant is in the reset phase, but I know nothing about restaurants. I’m just a dude who loves to eat.

   Had a good laugh at how bad the food was here. Poor servers must have known they acted so nervous to ask about anything. Wine selection tasted like they made it in the backroom bathtub, had a red and white. Both had to be chugged like a shot of malort. We got burrata as an appetizer, who knew you could mess up three ingredients. Shockingly was the most edible dish served. The chicken was so dry it was hard to cut through, and the short rib could have been mistaken for baby food.

   Food was delicious. We went for restaurant week and got a couple extras. Drinks were on the pricier side but still very good. Would go back again.

    FMK was a fun place to dance and a cool venue but the food was hit or miss (small, yet very expensive portions). Do not order the carbonara, it's bland, pricey and I could make better at home. Furthermore, service was the worst I've had in a long time. We had to track down our waiter in a different room just to get our check. We won't be dining here again.
