Fujiyama Steak House & Bar - Liberty Lake
First timer and it was incredible! Had no idea what to expect and certainly didn’t expect to have the food cooked in front of us along with the show the chefs put on. Jed was our chef and he not only made delicious food but has such an awesome personality! Thank you for a great first experience!
I had the worst stomachache immediately after I ate the think it was the oils, our chef was kinda rude, first he missed my vegetarian meal so I had to wait and then we joked about the chef next to him complement of the ladies and asked where ours was and he said “me no speak English” then when he served one of the other ladies at our table he said “it’s Japanese style ladies last” I’m sure he wasn’t trying to be rude just maybe ignorant of who his audience was.
Great chef! Food was good. It’s a little pricey for the ambiance and noise level. Carpets could use a good cleaning!
Great food. Great skills the chefs have preparing you your food.
Using the teppan grill, you come for the entertainment in addition to the service and the food.
Chef Danny did not disappoint with plentiful showmanship and focusing on the youngest diners to their delight.
There's a lot of waiting involved before the chef brings out the cart with the food. Service is always slow, and almost lacking. Love the food though!
Our chef was very fun and engaging. The food was amazing and great prices. We will definitely be going back.
We had a great time and really enjoyed the hibachi experience. It was a very energetic environment and the staff was all friendly. It is pricey, but well worth it.
Our server was very friendly and efficient and our chef (Kyle? crazy gold goggles) was awesome - funny and entertaining.
My steak was hardly cooked I couldn't eat it. I paid for the 2 person meal and my portion was so small I wasnt even full. The cook was rude and dropped everything we were so excited to go here we love it and never have had any issues and my niece was visiting for a week and we needed to go to mcdonalds after paying 140 dollars for a meal because no one could eat their food and we were all hungry. I definetly wont come again
We had a great time there. Our server was super funny and made the night. The rest of the staff was great as well.
We loved our hibachi chef. My only complaint was I love the two dipping sauces at every hibachi restaurant I’ve ever been to but here they never gave us sauce for the meat or chicken or fish so it was all a bit bland. But the staff was great. Fun family experience.
Fabulous food & service
Loved it! We are from Alaska and were so surprised with the quality, friendliness & incredible food, Our cook Brian was amazing. So funny and he cooked our food exactly how we wanted it. I would highly recommend this if you want great food and great fun!!!
We were not aware that you can’t order from the lunch menu on Saturday. You have to pay $10.00 more for your lunch. I won’t be coming for lunch anymore unless it is a weekday. The food was good, but I don’t like that you have to pay more because it is Saturday.
Great food and very clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Ambiance is neutral as walls are somewhat bare, and the noise level can get a little loud based on what's going on at other tables. Overall, a fun experience with great food, highly recommended.
I made a reservation for a birthday but they forgot about the birthday and we had to remind them. Because of water conditions in the area there was no fountain drinks a d limited water. Food was good.
Had the best experience, our server was amazing my 2 year old was scared and he kept making him giggle and went above and beyond to make him happy and our experience amazing.
Great food and great atmosphere! The wait staff and sushi chef were very nice people. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and was outstanding in flavor.
Yan, call me 😞
Poor slow service, didn’t recognize us as regulars, questioned our VIP status for 10% Discount as we dine there as a family of 4 on a ridiculous regular weekly schedule as well as the sister Sushi bar of the owners. You’d think by now, the same server we’ve had multiple multiple times would be aware of there very very regular customers, but no!! Had to get a so called manager to approve our $300 bill for a family of 4 and a very generous tip to the chef himself and an undeserving 20% tip to the waitress who treated us like strangers. The owners are incredible people so we’ll be back only when they are working! Otherwise, it’s just not worth our time or money for subpar service!!
Very entertaining cook! Our table mates were pleasant.
First time to Fujiyama. Exceeded expectations. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Layout separating bar, sushi bar and restaurant very comfortable. Impressive sushi menu can’t wait to try more. Definitely worth the drive from south Spokane!
Can't wait to take the whole fam to this place! It was the perfect mix of great & fun service, tasty food, and enjoyable table company in a relaxed atmosphere. Our "Number One" Table Chef was both entertaining and professional and served up great dishes which were consumed with gusto! Try this place and enjoy!
Awesome. Best Japanese steakhouse ever. Our chef Brian was the best and most entertaining ever. Our kids loved him. We are from Boise and your restaurant is better than any we have tried in Boise.
We will be back again.
Ownership is second to none 💕 if you don’t make this restaurant apart of your family and Friends outings, you’re truly missing out !!
Excellent, will recommend gladly. Our server was friendly and efficient and Ray was very entertaining and extremely excellent at his task and seemed t enjoy himself along with us .
Very good choice for a group meal. Cooking was done very well.
Went for our anniversary and had a wonderful time!! Exceptional service and the Chef was top notch and entertaining
Enjoyed our time at Fujiyama. Kind of pricey but I'll go back.
Had a wonderful time we were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and our sons 29th Birthday. I believe our waitress was Shannon and our Chief was Brian they made the whole experience great fun. We’d go back in a heart beat.
Everything was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Our table cook was awesome. The food was excellent and the wait staff very attentive. Will continue to come here.
We keep coming back with grandkids trying to give it one more try. We live in Liberty Lake and hoped this restaurant would be a great place to visit. Theservice last time was not very good we had the least animated chef of all of them. The whole pre-dinner service is terrible and it seems like you just waiting for ever to get some food. Then they cook up all the vegetables first and you have to wait another 15 minutes to get the entree. By that time your vegetables are eaten up or cold. The onion soup is awful. Miso should be the standard. The salad is like runny cole slaw dressing over lettuce.
We went here on a double date with my brother in law and sister in law. We had a lot of fun especially since none of us had been before. The meals are reasonably priced, but I think the appetizers are a bit on the pricey side. Our chef, Rich, was amazing. We did have a little issue with them forgetting the appetizer we ordered until the end of the meal, but they gave it to us for feee because of the confusion. Overall, we had a lot of fun, and we could go again.
Not able to visit because of the noise.. could hardly hear our chef and his jokes. Might sit in bar next time more quiet
Great food, service and atmosphere. Was fun celebrating my son’s birthday!
