Fuji Japanese Restaurant
The sushi menu includes small plates and combination platters of sushi and sashimi.
There are nearly three-dozen forms of maki available as well, including specialty versions. Temaki is served here too. Other popular items at Fuji Japanese Restaurant are the chicken with plum wine sauce, Chilean sea bass, ginger pork, panko-crusted crab cakes, multiple forms of tempura and combination plates that give you samples of more than one item.

Found a reservation for 6 last minute on a Saturday night. The food was amazing. Can't wait to go back.
Always delicious and always great service. And love the hot cloth to wash your hands at the beginning of the meal.
We tried a variety of sushi during our meal and it was mediocre. The sauces were too heavy and the flavor of the fish, both with the sashimi and the rolls, were not memorable. The service was attentive, but given the quality of the competition in the area, we will most likely not return.
The food, the atmosphere and the service are always excellent.
Wonderful sushi and service. The staff does not rush you and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.
The food is always great.
Always have great meals that are special at Fuji!Service is unobtrusive and food is amazing!!!!
As always terrific! Have the renko chips!
Excellent food and service. An authentic Japanese restaurant experience in all respects.
Sushi is fresh.and delicious. The menu offers many creative options. Service we received from Amy and Mimi made our experience even nicer. Warm and attentive.
Fuji never disappoints our family. The food is excellently and beautifully prepared. Flavors are rich, and the presentations have colorful and simple elegance. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. There are dishes for the adventurous, as well as the timid, with a wide range of flavors. Always a five star choice for us.
The sushi was so fresh and delicious! This place is great. Tucked away in the back of a shopping complex.
The vegetable dumplings were sooo yummy.
The guacamole roll was superb and had this really interesting wasabi oil on it
Food (gyoza, soup, chicken, crab cake) was warm at best, certainly not hot as it should have been.
Fuji is always a treat for my husband and I. We both have loved sushi for many years. At Fuji you will find the seafood to be incredibly fresh everytime. Fuji, however has some creative twists not found elsewhere. This time I tried a tuna sashimi with smashed avacado. It was beautiful and it danced into my mouth. Wow. You should go. We will be back.
We had a wonderful evening of great food and superior service
Slow service. Very very slow. If it was busy, I could be fair, but it wasn't very busy. I waited 30 minutes for a starter and then received my main course 2 minutes after receiving the starter.
Food was good, but lukewarm.
What killed the mood of a decent night was being asked, while my husband and I were in the middle of eating, was if we could stand and help move our table over to make room for other patrons who would be seated soon. I get its a small space and they were apologetic, but that was absurd.
love fuji!!! have been here many times---the staff is wonderful---happily answer any question.
Outstanding service. Personable waiters and waitresses. Sushi is fresh and tasty. Nice neighborhood ambience. Our weekly go to restaurant.
Service was not good. Food was good but Had to constantly ask for someone to come to the table for drinks, order food, check.
Excellent food quality and selection. Service was seamless and efficient. Great Japanese atmosphere. No liquor license, BYOB.
