   I am a local and we went here before Carrie Underwood - the food was amazing!! It is pricey but comparable to any good strip restaurant. Would 100% go here again.

   The decor was cool upon arrival. However food felt like it was trying to hard with an over abundance of sauces and ingredients that sometimes didn’t fit together. Service was sub-par for such an expensive meal… King grab tempura - felt doughy

   Wow! Made a reservation without having any expectations. I was completely blown away with the quality and taste of the food. Top notch!! But, our service was even better! Brandon was phenomenal. He had great suggestions about popular food items on the menu and also didn’t crowd us throughout our dining experience. We will definitely be back. Also, management was seen throughout dinner doing table touches and ensuring our dinner was one to never be forgotten. Thank you to all of FUHU’s staff.

    I cannot say enough about the sexiness and ambiance of this restaurant! We dined outside near the pool area and it felt surreal as if we were not outside at all. I cannot say if it was due to the near perfect temp or if the architects worked some kind of magic, but I highly suggest when you dine here, you do so outside. We love to eat and for a party of 4, we definitely indulged on the following... Octopus Miso cod taco Seared foie gras Yellowtail sashimi Crispy tuna Oh Toro sashimi Highland roll....at $150, don't be squeamish; you are in Vegas! Fuhu aromatic crispy duck King crab tempura King crab and truffle fried rice Fried halibut fish EVERY SINGLE DISH is a MUST!!!! Oh my goodness, I was so bummed we were too stuffed to try dessert, but I will most definitely be back. The service was just as impeccable as the food.

    We very much enjoyed the vegan options that were available. Everything we ordered was delicious and the presentations were outstanding! Service was great and the only negative comment I have is that it was difficult to have a conversation across the table because the music was so loud.

    This is overpriced average Asian food , expect $100 per person . One and done. The more expensive dishes the lobster with the noodles, no test at all. Kale salad was very good. The regular sushi rolls, small, and you can get much better at your neighborhood sushi place. Not impressed. No wonder reservations were easy to get. Very noise also. If you expect a lot of conversation, don’t. I think I was very generous with my rating. Everyone in my party felt the same way.

    The crispy tuna was one of the best things ever!!! We also had the oh my California roll and some shashimi which was good- comparable to other good sushi we have had!! The lychee martini was very good as well as the sake

    The food was amazing and exploding with flavor. The miso cod lettuce wraps, ribeye, lamb chops and roasted cauliflower were exceptional. I only gave 4/5 stars on ambiance and value because it is in a mall and we sat on the mall “patio”. The wait staff was excellent. It’s expensive but overall a great experience.

    Not what I expected - the food was okay but what normally would cost us about $100 - $150 at any other restaurant including our trip to another restaurant on the strip a few weeks back cost us $240 after tip. Not worth the price in my opinion and the service was very slow.

    We had dinner there because we were going to see Michael Bublé at Resorts World Theater. We were seated for dinner at 7 and told our server we had to rush for the show at 8 pm. We ordered 2 sushi rolls and the crispy tuna along with our drinks and everything came out within 15 minutes on a busy Saturday night. Service was outstanding and our server was excellent.

    We were in Vegas for a concert and wanted some place special to go and FUHU did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal and there were so many good dishes that we wanted to try so we ordered extras. The sushi rolls were to die for and so was everything else. Would highly recommend

    Great place, but they told us there was no space at the bar and the rest was medium capacity. There was not so much ambience so it was a little bit boring although the music was good. The service was not so good and the table they gave us was beside the kitchen with several in other places empty.
