Disappointing way outdated decor, and food was average for premium pricing.

Due to the pandemia, this restaurant is now limited to a fast food dining option for those staying at the hotel.
Don't go there for a special dinner, anniversary or celebration as the menu is limited and you will be surrounded by families in bathing suits.
The service is good and staff is nice but value for money it would be better to wait until they go back to post pandemia normal.
Great brunch, followed by awesome pool and beach day. Doesn’t get any better!
The service was great, location very nice, perfect for brunch. Gave 3* for food only as 2 of the menu options were not available and the entré soup...I think it was the chef’s own creation from leftovers!
The service was very poor. When we sat down it took about 10 mins for someone to come to our table. But as we people watched the service was not good all around. Our waitress was nice but barely came to our table. I had to get up and ask for small plates. My partner finished her water and I had to give her mine and we didn’t get another glass of water till the end. A dinner experience I feel like shouldn’t take more than an hour took 2 and a half hours. And on top of it they had a 18% service charge (which is unacceptable with good or bad service) that they added to the bill which they did not deserve. But I did ask her to remove it and she did without a hassle. For the food it was alright I can’t complain but I would say wasn’t worth the bill.

Food was spectacular. The Cheesecake and Flan was absolutely amazing. The only issue we had was staffing seemed to be low for a Saturday. We asked for Straws and never received them. We had to call on our waitress to ask for the check after waiting for more than 30mins after dessert. That is my only Negative, the service. All else was great!
Great food and ambiance. The service was very personal and impeccable. Highly recommend. It seems like people have not discovered the place yet since it only reopened recently.

The food was fine bit the service was super slow, it seemed they were understaffed , we were seated at 7.30pm and most of our entrees came out at 9.15pm... and even then some of the side orders did not arrive. The restaurant was empty so no reason for such slow service, after mentioning to the manager that it was ridiculous he said he was going to follow up but we never heard back from him, the waitress tried to make up to offer us a glass of wine or desserts at 9.30 but by then we just wanted to leave
Very gracious server that seemed to do all they could to try and be attentive to us but clearly not enough people working there to serve the restaurant to what one would expect as a reasonable level of service for a higher end restaurant. Excellent food though - needs better management or better financial support to provide more employee assistance.
