Food was excellent!! Ambience was perfect for Miami. Our waiter was very slow and hard to find or get a hold of but overall the staff were very attentive. We saw everyone else’s waiters more than ours.
Overall though for an outdoor evening patio it was perfect.
Lily the server was amazing! Great food. Fantastic staff. Thanks.
Vivacious crowd and fun and experienced servers. A little touristy but the fish was excellent.
Went for easter brunch. The options of food were amazing and varied but the service was not up to par for a Ritz Carlton. Only bad item I got was a burnt omelette. The service was fine but did not feel polished for a $150 per person meal. Will probably be back because the grounds are beautiful but honestly expected a higher caliber of service.
This was an all-around great brunch experience. It was worth the price because both the quality of the services and the food were exceptional. I highly recommend this place for either couple, friends, and family brunch.
It’s a 5 star hotel, the food is amazing. The service was great. You might be thinking, it’s just a hotel restaurant, but I was very satisfied with the overall, I would highly recommend.
It was a great experience!
Amazing food and amazing service.
Servers and hostesses are very friendly and managed the crowds very well.
Plastic gloves were a bit ridiculous
Kitchen was slow & got orders wrong.
Disappointed. Prices high. Food quality low. Limited staff. Pretty location. Better to go the restaurants at FAENA if you want to spend that kind of money! We loved PAO and FUEGO at the FAENA hotel.
I went to grab a drink and a few small plates by myself on a Sunday. I had a reservation as well. My drink took 45 minutes to arrive. Once it did get to my table, there were lipstick marks around the rim. I ordered another which was an additional 15 minutes and I also placed an order for ceviche. After yet another 30 minutes I just canceled my ceviche and paid for my drink. Terrible service, terrible menu (nachos? Really?) and super over priced even for a ritz in Miami.
Overpriced for the quality and service. Resting too much on the Ritz Carlton name.
Came here for Valentine’s Day Dinner wine pairing experience. The wines were very good and well paired but the food was not prepared at the level I would expect for the price point ($250pp incl tax and tip) or a brand like the Ritz Carlton. However, the ambiance and service were certainly up to par with expectations. I would likely visit again but not for an occasion like this.
Post covid the Sunday brunch was nice but much smaller than it use to be at the same price. You can now choose to do unlimited drinks or not- $25 -but what fun is brunch when it’s not filled with mimosas! The size of brunch is at least 50% smaller but it still has the good oysters, crab claws and shrimp. No caviar, Grey goose, port wine, cheeses, charcuterie items but they did have great live Latin music which was nice. Service is always good- they add 22% tip to all tables for the service charge.
I don't mind paying, but this food is to spencive for quality.
Excelente servicio, delicioso su bufet del desayuno.
New Year’s Eve here was incredible. Live band, amazing atmosphere, 5 course meal with wine pairings.
Disappointing way outdated decor, and food was average for premium pricing.
Not bad if your into the WAY overpriced 50s diner thing!
Food was not good and it took a long time to get meals despite restaurant not being crowded
The service was horrible. Me and my friend waited 20 min for water and menus. The table wasn’t wiped down and the dishes were wet.
Amazing service seriously loved the staff. Very accommodating and enjoyed the buffet
Terrible service despite the place being almost empty. Food quality was really bad and server forgot to serve half of the prefix menu
I had a great experience. Thank you!
Due to the pandemia, this restaurant is now limited to a fast food dining option for those staying at the hotel.
Don't go there for a special dinner, anniversary or celebration as the menu is limited and you will be surrounded by families in bathing suits.
The service is good and staff is nice but value for money it would be better to wait until they go back to post pandemia normal.
Great brunch, followed by awesome pool and beach day. Doesn’t get any better!
The service was great, location very nice, perfect for brunch. Gave 3* for food only as 2 of the menu options were not available and the entré soup...I think it was the chef’s own creation from leftovers!
The service was very poor. When we sat down it took about 10 mins for someone to come to our table. But as we people watched the service was not good all around. Our waitress was nice but barely came to our table. I had to get up and ask for small plates. My partner finished her water and I had to give her mine and we didn’t get another glass of water till the end. A dinner experience I feel like shouldn’t take more than an hour took 2 and a half hours. And on top of it they had a 18% service charge (which is unacceptable with good or bad service) that they added to the bill which they did not deserve. But I did ask her to remove it and she did without a hassle. For the food it was alright I can’t complain but I would say wasn’t worth the bill.
Great service and amazing food. Marc took real good care of us and everyone was so sweet and comforting and accommodating
Food was spectacular. The Cheesecake and Flan was absolutely amazing. The only issue we had was staffing seemed to be low for a Saturday. We asked for Straws and never received them. We had to call on our waitress to ask for the check after waiting for more than 30mins after dessert. That is my only Negative, the service. All else was great!
Great food and ambiance. The service was very personal and impeccable. Highly recommend. It seems like people have not discovered the place yet since it only reopened recently.
Excellent food in a lovely setting with live band music on Saturday night. Great for vegetarians/vegans.
Excellent food, service, ambiance and music. I don't think people have caught on that this place is open again.
The food was fine bit the service was super slow, it seemed they were understaffed , we were seated at 7.30pm and most of our entrees came out at 9.15pm... and even then some of the side orders did not arrive. The restaurant was empty so no reason for such slow service, after mentioning to the manager that it was ridiculous he said he was going to follow up but we never heard back from him, the waitress tried to make up to offer us a glass of wine or desserts at 9.30 but by then we just wanted to leave
Very gracious server that seemed to do all they could to try and be attentive to us but clearly not enough people working there to serve the restaurant to what one would expect as a reasonable level of service for a higher end restaurant. Excellent food though - needs better management or better financial support to provide more employee assistance.
