Brunch was delicious!! So many options for gluten free/dairy free/vegan diets. I was impressed with how much i could get. Can’t wait to go back for dinner!
Quirky with fun, interesting food and drink choices! Recommend!
Yummy brunch with great service! So thankful we had reservations on a busy Sunday!!
Nice overall experience. We stated in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and it never was once acknowledged. We also requested a booth and they told us they could not accommodate due to high numbers of reservations but all booths stayed unoccupied during our dining experience.
Service was a little slow but I realize it was early in the morning right at opening. They were still sweeping the floors. My meal wasn’t my favorite but I’ve eaten here before and loved my food!
Loved the Brussel Sprouts and the chicken! So delicious!!
Order wrong. Omelettes are basic and. Not worthy of $12 for a brunch spot with arugula and feta and olives. Not everyone likes olives but can’t be removed bc pre made
Made reservation and timing was perfect. Service was great and so was food. Definitely will visit again when in neighborhood.
The best around! Food, service and vibe! By far our favorite place in the city.
The food was delicious! The atmosphere was great! I would definitely go back!
Really cute spot for a dinner in fish town! Reasonable prices and good ambiance
Food was great ...service was a little slow and had to ask for water a couple of times.
The food was excellent, service was great, the only thing I disliked was the table placement. You are set so close to the table next to you that you are basically eating with them and it's just not my thing. But if that doesn't bother you then you won't have any problem.
First time meeting my partners parents. My partner being vegan and their parents being hunters... this place was a great middle ground. They all enjoyed the food and this is a popular date spot between my partner and i so of course we loved it too.
Will be coming back for sure!
This is our go-to Sunday brunch spot. Always a great time and always incredible food!!
Always good food and casual atmosphere for a family-friendly gathering.
I love front street cafe. Their food is always exceptional for a somewhat reasonable price. The happy hour is awesome and overall they have great food. I like the fact that it’s default vegetarian and vegan. Which makes it easy to bring people with different dietary restrictions there and everyone be happy. 4.8/5
Great selection of vegan and none-vegan choices!
Great spot!! Good food.
Best place in Fishtown for a dinner
Food was terrible, not one person at the table enjoyed their meal. Service was just OK. Not worth the amount of money, especially in Fishtown
Lunch and dinner here are typically good, but brunch was a big disappointment. Super bitter coffee, limited options and food clearly contained processed ingredients leaving both of our mouths feeling numb.
Good meal with my group of 4, but we had a 5th coming for a drink, and apparently he stumbled on your step coming into the restaurant and he was promptly flagged from getting a drink. He was coming from work and was stone cold sober, but the bartender said he would get in trouble if he served him. Whoever flagged him never spoke to my friend and was nowhere to be found when we tried to appeal. I realize the liability issues related to serving intoxicated patrons, but someone should have taken the time to speak directly with my friend and would have realized that he was sober. This left a sour note on our experience at your place.
Our waitress was very helpful in making our selections. I tried the Tumeric Ginger tea. I wasn’t sure if I would like this since I don’t typically enjoy ginger, but I wanted to try something new, and it was delicious.
For an appetizer I suggest the buffalo cauliflower. It was the best I have ever had!
I was a little disappointed with my eggplant entree. The red sauce was pretty bland and the broccoli rabe had a bit of a sour taste. I think the vegan cheese saved the dish. I had never eaten vegan cheese before and was surprised how good it tasted. Additionally, the portions kept me full for hours after our meal.
Overall a great dining experience, and I would definitely go back for that buffalo cauliflower, but I would try a different entree next time.
As far as food quality, service and ambiance goes, this is a 5 star experience. I rated a 4 because it was over priced even for my standards. I would still return again
Food was excellent. Service was great. It started to get extremely crowded during dinner time so I would recommend going around 4pm. It’s a lot more quiet and roomy.
The food and service here is great.
Our waiter Ray was very personable and attentive. The food was exceptional.
Arrive in time for my reservation only to be told they are closing in fifteen minutes and don’t want anyone sitting around. I understand that there may be private events but in that case don’t take reservations.
Food was delicious!
So exciting to find good vegan food. The buffalo cauliflower was excellent! Great spices, and a splash of dill scented sauce on the platter. Yum!
The kale Caesar salad-was huge! I loved the pickled onions and red peppers.
Fresh pressed juice and a warm apple desert rounder out our meal.
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The vegan cheesesteak was amazing, the waiter was very friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was decorated well
we went on NYE we sat down at 7:30, ordered drinks and apps. the server was nice and friendly. the food was not like it usually was. they were busy and not prepared... not only that but we hadn’t ordered our entrees and we were told that the kitchen was closing in 5 min. so we rushed to put our order in. i have been there many times and love it there but this time wasn’t the best. our cauliflower (my favorite) wasn’t crispy, it was still really crunchy, and not a lot of aioli. i got the pastrami and it was missing 2 things from the sandwich, sauce and the cheese. it was just mushrooms and cabbage. the “loaded fries” were just fries cheese and regular ketchup on the bottom, no chili or anything. i would much rather have been told they were out of the item and get something not done properly.
We've been here many times before for lunch and had a good experience, unfortunately dinner was not good. We were seated next to a noisy party of 10, even though there were multiple open tables when we left. We should have asked the hostess to sit us elsewhere because the noise was unbearable. They were out of certain drinks and they brought all the food at once (appetizers, salads, entrees). We had to send the steak back because it was cold. The chicken sandwich was dry and the fries were lukewarm. We ordered a mushroom soup (the presentation was...odd, it looked like a pig's trough , sorry to say!) and we asked to get the soup instead of fries. We asked for a cup, and the waitress said she would check, but never let us know, and then ended up charging us $11 for a bowl of soup, because it couldn't be changed on the bill. Wish that would have been communicated, because we wouldn't have gotten to soup. Overall, not a great experience :|
The food and drinks were great. I suggest making a reservation.
We love the buffalo cauliflower ! Everyone enjoyed their food. One hiccup was the grilled cheese sandwiches- they were too well done.
I brought my younger brother and his girlfriend out to lunch after christmas here. Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly bartender quite promptly. The hostess arrived back at the podium after seating someone and brought us to a cute little booth next to the bar. Our server took some time to greet us so I ordered my bloody mary with her immediately. The drink arrived at the table about 15 minutes later. It probably would have been good had it not been sitting at the bar for so long slowly watering down. The food also took quite some time after we had ordered it. Our server never checked on us to see how our food was and when she happened to walk by we asked for boxes. After ten minutes of waiting the hostess who sat us walked by and when we asked her for boxes as we were trying to get out of there, she brought them with no problem along with our check. We again had to wait for our server to happen to be walking by to give her our payment which then took another ten minutes to get back. Overall the two things that saved this dining experience were the extremely attentive hostess and that the food happened to be extremely mouth watering. Slightly disappointed as the less than great service also discouraged me from ordering another drink.
