Great food and friendly waitstaff. Nice neighborhood restaurant.

Lovely place if you like cheese and cold cuts (they also have other plates but we enjoyed the excellent selection they had. Great wines, too and friendly service.

Cheese board and wine flight were an excellent combo for a Wednesday! Had the shrimp scampi with chocolate and cheese cakes for dessert. Everything was delicious and the staff was very helpful.

We loved our night at Fromage. Our first time but we will definitely be back... regularly!

Hidden gem it is. Service was awesome - knowledgeable, accommodating and generally very helpful. It's a welcome brake to the scene of a certain tavern or rowdy late Friday zoo. Classy, cozy, with a very interesting menu variety and a great wine list to taste and experiment with.

Fantastic food and wine! Will for sure be back.

The place is very small and you sit quite close to your neighbors. That is fine if the parties are quiet but not so great if they are taking loud and constantly
The food is good and reasonably priced. However they get you with the wine.
The pours are small and expensive for what you get.
They should be doing a larger pour for the money they charge - that is what might hinder me in going back or recommending the restaurant

Small french bistro in central South Boston. Small menu and expecting food to be good.
We ordered a cheese plate- nothing special, crab cake- greasy and small, pasta with garlic shrimp- boring and a bottle of wine.
Overall food was dull and the meal was very overpriced for portion size and quality.
Service was friendly and the place is nice but could be tight quarters. We were one of two couples in the restaurants Friday night.
We tried it but will not be back.

We went to Fromage because we love cheese and were in town. Everything was delicious and we especially enjoyed the 5-cheese cheesemonger’s delight board. The wine was also delicious and we had a few small plates. It was nice and quiet and perfect for our date. Our only suggestion is a cheese-based dessert. I would highly recommend Fromage!

A local Gem in South Boston and for us a relatively short walk. This is one of those few unique local places with charming service and delicious food. Great cheese selection and a very good selection of wines, even by the glass. We'll be back.

This place is great. The food was incredible. We were a little bit unsure at first because there were not many people there, but afterwards we didn't understand why more people hadn't found this gem. We live in the north end so have been to endless amounts of restaurants with meat and cheese focused menus and this was one of the best. The Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, and the pate was fabulous. We will be coming back.

We thought we'd try this restaurant because of it's name and we love Wine & Cheese! The host was fantastic, very comical and made sure we had the best meal and experience. The food was excellent. It is a small place, but if you can go, I highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back!

The service was poor, there was only 3 other tables with people and it was like pulling teeth getting service. They were out of multiple dishes that were not available that the waiter did not tell us about until after we tried ordering them. The food we did order was extremely small portions. It was way over priced. And to top it all off, they charged me double by mistake.
