   Everything was excellent. Unfortunately the noise level was intense as people had to talk over the loud music. Another problem was the air conditioning. I had a fan blowing cold air on me constantly, while the outdoor temperature was no higher than 60°. Temperature on the a/c could have been raised and the fan set on a 15 minute automatic cycle. I understand the staff is hot, but I’m the customer who is paying and I want to be comfortable.

   Maybe because it was a very busy Friday night, but things were off. The service was a little haphazard, with all different people bringing us things. Sometimes we had to ask 2 or 3 times for something. The food was not as good as the previous time we visited. Steaks came out not hot and one was over cooked. My fajitas were not sizzling on the plate and some beef was tough on it. Desserts were not bad and margaritas were very good though.

   EXCELLENT QUALITY AND AMBIANCE. Shrimp and birria tacos to die for. Excellent salsa. Perfect for GNO. A little loud but didn’t bother us. Place was POPPIN!

   Service was awful waiter was only interested in the tables ordering a lot of drinks. He would not even look in our direction. We would have ordered another round but he never came back over. Think he came over about 15 minutes after we received food to ask if all was okay . Anyone else who came over and we asked for some assistance was lovely but didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate. Think dirty plates sat in front of us for about 30 minutes. Took about 20 minutes to get a check after asking and then additional 10 minutes to have it run. Food was good nothing special can get Mexican food other places for a quick dinner with much better service will not be returning

   Frida's is a lively upbeat restaurant. Although a bit loud. The food and cocktails have been tasty.

   Our server Augustin was fantastic. Would go back just for him. He was attentive and very knowledgeable about all the food and drinks.

   The service was lacking. We only saw our waitress when giving order and when receiving bill. It was a busy night, but a single pass to see how things were would of been appreciated. And they seemed to have overbooked. Many people ahead of us waiting for a extended time with reservations. We waited like 40 minutes with a reservation. Really nice restaurant but you need to do better with wait times. Extend the reservation times??
