Frida Midtown is a Mexican-Peruvian fusion restaurant located in Midtown East, New York. It offers a creative menu, complementing fresh ingredients with flavors from around the world. Some of the dishes you can find there are Birria Tacos, Causa Rellena, Peruvian ceviche, and Drunken Mussels.

We feature live Latin music every Sunday night from 6-9pm. Happy Hour Daily from 4PM-6PM and Live Show & DJ every Friday night after 8:30PM!

I went with my friends for a birthday dinner. The manger was so nice and accommodating to people who don’t want a birthday announcement or want a crowd of people being around them. The food and the drinks were amazing and the waitstaff are the kindest and attentive people. Definitely recommend eating there!

We had an absolutely splendid time here! You booked here for the first time for an early dinner and we were treated wonderfully by all of the waitstaff and in particular I would like to give a HUGE shoutout and thank you to Carl (or Carlos) and Martha! They were very thoughtful and helpful with our group. The decor is really great and with beautifully done walls and warm/inviting lighting. Food was a really delicious fusion of Peruvian and pan-Latino flavors and styles. We will definitely return again! Thank you!

Restaurant was empty. Waited an interminable amount of time for server to take our order. Never came to the table after dishes were dropped. Waited forever to get the bill and then waited forever for her to take the credit card back and run it through. Weird.

The staff was amazing - total white glove service! They provided us with a private table in the back and our own staff. They were all very professional and friendly. We felt comfortable. - Total hit! The food was very tasty. We will definitely place Frida on our list of restaurants.

Food was excellent! So many Mexican restaurants try to so-called elevate their menu. Freida sticks to the Mexican cuisine palette along with exceptional food and service. That’s all people really want! Thanks Freida!!!
