Brought my mom here for Mother’s Day. Delicious food great customer service and very nice ambience. She loved everything. Thank you for making her experience here so special. We will be returning to this location because the customer service was so exceptional.
The service was so friendly! It is a hard time to be in service and everyone was very gracious. The guacamole was hands down the best I’ve had (and I’ve eaten a lot of guacamole!)
Had to ask 3 times for water. Sold us a gallon of guacamole but wouldn’t bring us enough chips to eat it. Ignored request to hold sides. Brought second round of drinks after dinner was completed...
Friendly attentive service. Many choices for weightwatchers in the party. Casual neighborhood ambiance
We had a dog and the hostess said that it was fine. But when we got to the table, the waitress said it’s not allowed. The miscommunication is intense here
We were so excited to be seated inside! Even through we were at a high-top with an air conditioning vent right over us, it was still a nice change from outdoor dining on a chilly evening. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. Our server made recommendations when asked, and she asked if we wanted to make any changes in the menu and accommodated perfectly. Our drinks were very good as well. We will definitely go back.
There was a long strand of hair in and on my quesadilla. I could never go back for food. The drinks were ok. But it’s a no.
Frida was delicious! Drinks and food were on point, and the service was great. It’s a tad pricey for the small-ish portion sizes, but overall we had a great time.
Wonderful food, atmosphere and management! A personal favorite of mine and my family as well, kids plates too- something for everyone.
Was first time at Frida Restaurant and We had Great customer service and delicious enchiladas😋definitely will be back.
Alex and Mayra are beyond hospitable and gracious hosts! That's why we love coming back.
Food and Drinks was amazing.
Julio was very friendly and helpful with everything. Definitely recommend this location .
Given the current conditions with dining in Los Angeles county we were eager to enjoy and outdoor meal at a restaurant. The food was high quality and delicious as usual. The employees could not have been nicer. So grateful to have outdoor dining open again.
We have made Frida one of our new go to places for very fresh food at a reasonable price. It’s upscale MexicAn cuisine. The grilled fish, shrimp ceviche, crispy tacos, fajitas are our favorites. And comfortable outdoor seating with nice lights and heat lamps. It’s a really good place.
Very pricey and small portions for Mexican fare
The service was bad. The food was the worst ever plus we found a huge hair in the salsa. We told the manager but he said there was nothing he could do. They brought us new salsa. I do not recommend.
Super delicious food. Amazing service. Thank you!!
I love fridas for their drinks! Food is ok for the price. I’ve been waiting to be seated in the restaurants patio (not the sidewalk) but all three visits have been on the sidewalk. Hoping next time I’ll get that chance! Service is great & very attentive/welcoming.
Thank you to the Manager this evening and kind staff for seating us in a most isolated , but beautiful patio area. It was a perfect birthday celebration for our friend and neighbor, Amber. She was so happy and the food was delicious! Thank you!
Family and kid friendly. Great experience. Friendly staff and consistent delicious food. The staff ensured everything was clean and parties kept 6ft apart.
Service was friendly and food was great! My husband and I went on a Saturday night and enjoyed ourselves! We will make this a favorite spot for sure! The hostess Brynne was lovely.

We have been to this location and reserved here in the past. This was our first time dining out since the whole pandemic and it wasn't so bad. The employees made us feel like they were taking all the measures to make the dining experience a pleasure. We dined outside on the sidewalk tables, and these days it's not as easy to enjoy your meal when some people are walking by without masks and others are pulling up beside you for the carryout. It was interesting because there will be certain aspects of the dining experience that are changed forever. The service staff had on masks and although we were outside it was surreal because to eat you must have your masks and face coverings off, but at the same time, you're in the presence of people from all over.
Overall, the dining experience was fine, it will just take some time getting used to it now. I had the Flautas de Pollo and it was delicious. My girlfriend had the Diego Combination plate and Watermelon Margarita. She liked everything except she isn't a fan of Frida's smokier tasting red sauce so score one for me 😊. The service was great, and it felt good to get back out. I love to cook, but sometimes it's nice to just have a nice night out and this was what we needed.
This was the worst Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. I can’t say eaten because after 2 bites the rest went in the trash
Very good Mexican food. Good atmosphere. Good margaritas. A solid choice.
Best guac!!! The waiters and waitresses are the best.
Was very fun, especially if your ‘watching the game’ too .... if you aren’t, then it’s a little loud for talking, but that’s to be expected for a bar/restaurant, so overall it’s great food and a fun time
Good food, attentive service, nice atmosphere. Not a great venue for vegetarians but otherwise a good choice for sit down Mexican in Westwood.
BEST Mexican food I've had in a long while. I had the enchiladas suizas and they were OUTSTANDING! Service was friendly, space is bright and open. Highly recommend!
Food is tasteless.
All delicious though having a soccer game turned on the TV made a crowded noisy restaurant even noisier.
Mole very good. Queso Fundido with mushrooms very good.
Would never go here again. Went for a Valentine’ date. My date walked out because of the horrible service. They served one set of drinks and an appetizer. We had to get the attention of staff to get another drink. No one ever came back to the table to take our food order. Mind you we came here for a dinner date. We never ate dinner. A complete waste of time. If I wanted complete crap of service I would have went to a homeless food bank. That’s how I would describe this place. Even at McDonald’s you get a better service. Completely destroyed my date night. And an overly priced one at that. I don’t mind spending money for great food and service, if that is what you were looking for, do not come.
Wasn’t overly impressed. It’s tasty but very expensive for what you get. We were brought the wrong entree.
Nice place, good food. Noisier than expected.
Restaurant was nearly empty but we still had to ask for things, like water and our drink order, multiple times.
Happened upon this place for a leisurely lunch with the hubby. Ended up staying for 2 hrs and drinking margs. The food was great and the margaritas (obvi) were amazing. Highly recommend the watermelon margarita!
Frida's was excellent. The service was excellent and startlingly fast- I thought there had been a rip in the time-space continuum when the food was delivered so quickly. And the chips, guacamole and entree were fantastic. The chicken mole enchiladas were the best I've ever had. We will be back many times- would highly recommend!
Average food quality and very expensive
The service was abominably slow. It was evident that they were under-staffed and after speaking to the manager, he told me that they had cut back on staffing due to budget. Seriously!? Our drinks were poorly made and both food and drinks took far too long to arrive to the table. Once they did arrive neither were worth the wait. I do not plan to return.
It was great just too loud for a business dinner
