We have previously had very good experiences with Fresko. This time they were a little off the mark. Menus were not brought, asked for champagne glasses for the champagne we brought, got wine glasses (immediately rectified when pointed out), server did not open champagne (manage realized and apologized), very specific on how food was to be cooked, did not receive as requested. Nothing over the top, just make sure eggs whites are cooked well, not runny. Not all food was hot when brought to table. We will be back, as previous experiences have been very good.

The place has an energetic vibe but doesn’t get so loud you need to shout to be heard at your own table. The wait staff is knowledgeable and efficient. To top it off there’s a wide variety of tastes available in the dishes they serve and in our experience all of them were superb.

The steak on my salad was very hard to chew - lots of gristle. My husbands "flatbread" came at least 20 minutes later than everyone else's food, and it seemed like just a cheap frozen pizza. The server tried to save the night with constant apologies and comping slow food and drinks. I would try it again, but maybe on a slower night.

My brother and I dined at Fresko on a Saturday evening. The place was full and bustling and clearly running efficiently. Our server was pleasant, informed about the menu and attentive but not intrusive. We both ordered one of the evenings specials. My brother had a green curry noodle dish and I had grilled salmon with brussels sprouts. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Also noteworthy is that the portions were perfect. (no heaping plates of food). In addition to the entrees I had a glass of wine and my brother had a cocktail. Bill came in at only $67 before tax! One last thing - we noted that the clientele was quite diverse; young people, old people, couples on dates, families dining out together, groups of girlfriends…. Anyone would feel welcome there. Highly recommend.

Ryan, our waiter, was attentive but not overbearing and allowed us plenty of time to make a decision, eat, and relax before we paid and left. The food and presentation was precise and timely. Excellent place for a date that feels not too fancy but offers upscale service and food.

excellent food and service. We had the seafood ravioli and the crab-stuffed walleye (both entrees). The ravioli was in a creamy sauce, while the walleye had a brighter flavor that we didn't expect. Both were excellent.

Having recently dined at Fresko, and while there were aspects I enjoyed, there were also some things that left me a bit conflicted. Let's start with the food. It was alright. While some dishes showed potential, others fell flat. It seemed like they were trying a bit too hard to be trendy, which led to some hit-or-miss flavor combinations. There's room for improvement here. The ambiance was where things got a bit tricky. Fresko definitely gives off a hip vibe, with its modern decor . However, at times, it felt a tad forced, like they were trying too hard to be cool. It's great that they want to create a unique atmosphere, but authenticity shouldn't be sacrificed in the process. One thing that stood out was the pretentiousness of the place. It's not necessarily a bad thing to have a distinctive style, but it felt like Fresko was a bit too aware of its own image. It left me wishing for a more down-to-earth experience. Our server Alexandria was the crown jewel of the experience. She nailed it. In the end, Fresko has potential, but it could benefit from a bit more refinement in both its menu and overall approach. If they can strike a balance between being trendy and genuine, it could be a standout spot.

Really creative flavor combinations that were absolutely delicious! The waitress was super helpful, with suggestions and her favorites (right on the money for favorites). Music was a little loud for our taste, but they volunteered to turn it down; bonus points. Best grits ever!

great, except the manager. Started with a party of 4. My daughter and husband and my 6 month granddaughter joined us at the last minute. He did nothing to accomidate us. Made my daughter remove her combo seat and stroller. Cited fire codes and being watched by big brother. Wont go back when you mess with my granddaughter. My daughter had to hold her the entire time. We were offered a highchair for a 6 month old, really. Very much turned my entire group off. Horrible cust service. Our Server was fantastic. Place was almost empty

Our waitress was fantastic! Unfortunately for Fresko, it was also her last night. The experience was wonderful and the food was perfectly prepared. I had the tomahawk pork chop (done with a sous vide the expertly grilled) and my wife had the crab stuffed walleye. Korean pig wings as a starter and they key lime pie to finish. Absolutely will return! Wonderful experience!

We had the steak, chicken, and bacon flatbread. Food was excellent, service was good, good cost for the quality. But, we scheduled the reservation as a special occasion since it was our anniversary and the staff completely disregarded and nothing was planned… This was a disappointment!

We would have liked to know that sushi is not served on Sunday’s. It was our intent to treat our guests to sushi last night. Service was very good.

Our waiter, Ryan, was outstanding! He was attentive, and prompt but didnt rush us in any way. The food was delicious as always. I wish you had an oakier Chardonnay but that is my only criticism. We will be back.

BRUNCH at Fresko is AMAZING! If you’ve only had dinner there, go have that brunch. WHOA. Pancakes, pretzel croissant French toast, omelette, and breakfast sandwich all 10/10.

Fresko is an amazing establishment to eat! My personal favorite is their brunch accompanied by a lavender mimosa! I have Celiac, so finding a place that has delicious and well-labeled gluten-free food is few and far between! I especially love their sweet options! French toast with raspberry mascarpone- need I say more? I am hoping to come here to try their lunch and dinner options! Will be back very soon!

We stopped for some healthy food on our way from Minnesota to Kansas. We were very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful food and the great service we received. Highly recommend!
