   Sat out table for over ten mins before being greeted or acknowledged. Drinks came after our apps and mains. Didn’t even take it off the bill…standard customer service practice. Manager came and apologized….32 mins for a juice

   Excellent food, beautiful ambience, comfortable seating. Portions were big. There was a hiccup in the kitchen that caused my friend to not get her appetizer, the GM came out personally with it, apologized and took the cost of it off of her bill.

   As always, we had a great time at Fresh. The menu accommodates our entire family and we just love every dish we order. If you are looking for an app to share, make sure to order the quinoa onion rings with a side dip.

   Food was very salty, especially the dragon fries, which were essentially swimming in a pool. Dumplings were overly crisp-like hard. But mostly good food and a lot of it.

   I love Fresh and eat there a lot. One consistent irritant is the sticky table tops and terrible tomatoes. It’s amazing how every time I order the Buddha bowl the tomatoes on the side are inedible. It’s happened about 5 times so now I request that they leave them off the bowl. Also the last 2 times the heating lamps on the indoor patio were extreme. But I love the menu and the food.

    Overall, we had a positive experience. There were only two minor issues: First, the server did not notify us that the kitchen was out of certain ingredients/certain dishes could not be made *before* we placed our order. Hence, we ordered dishes that were unavailable and then had to request more time to come up with a backup. Second, this location only stocks to-go containers that must be placed in the garbage (black bin) in Toronto; their products are neither recyclable nor compostable. It would be great if this location began stocking a compostable option (100% unlined paper), as the location on Front does.

    I got served soba noodles instead of rice with my bowl when we were sure we ordered the rice. I ordered the sweet potato fries that show it comes with a dip but I was charged extra for the dip, which is not indicated on the menu. Service a bit slow that day.

    Two of us had the goddess bowl and I know broccoli is one of the vegetables in this dish but it came with a lot of broccoli and sparse on the other 3 veggies listed for this dish. In short, too heavy on the broccoli and not enough of the other veggies. Thanks.

    music was WAY too loud. Excellent service - the food can be a little iffy at times - sometimes inconsistent, sometimes not warm enough. But everything was excellent today... your staff are the absolute best!!!

    Good food, nice ambiance. The covered patio was a nice place to sit and relax which catching up a friend. I’ve had the Favorite Bowl, over soba, and really enjoyed it. Portion size was huge—definitely more than I could finish. Pretty good coffee too, which is not a given in restaurants, so that’s a bonus.

    The food, service and atmosphere are very good but at times these were overshadowed by the fact the heating system on their outdoor patio toggles between feeling like you're experiencing a heat wave and then when it's turned off, entering the frozen tundra. I highly recommend they figure out a more sustainable heating system. I'm not certain this location will be my go to throughout the winter months until that's resolved.

    It’s a staple in Toronto and for a good reason. The food is high quality, the service was friendly and the place was quiet & cozy. I’m not a vegan and I find the food very flavourful.

    Fresh is my go to vegan spot in the city because it is consistently good. Service is great and the staff are friendly and kind. The outside covered and heated patio is a vibe. Must try!

    Finding the portions are not what they used to be. My husband had one of the burritos with a side of fries. The burrito looked deflated and the fries looked like someone had helped themselves to a handful from the bowl before being served. They said they’d bring him more and never did. Looked like they were understaffed so service wasn’t great. The server was very friendly but she seemed stretched. And my large Goddess Bowl was mainly rice. All in all, their quality/quantity is waning. At least at the Crawford location.

    We drove two hours to eat here and our waitress dropped off our food and didn’t come back, I had to go find her after we finished our food and we’re sitting for 20 mins w still no service, we were wanting dessert and drinks but she never came to check on us after food was dropped off. food was great.     I had the Superfood Combo with the cornbread and hummus upgrade, ranch dressing on my salad. I'm so glad the cornbread and hummus has remained on the menu all these years, It's still so good and so satisfying. Loved the salad and dressing. The soup was kinda meh; not sure why. My bill, including tax and tip, came in at $18 which felt just right for a simple, (mostly) delicious, healthy meal. We stuck to table water. It was my first time sitting in the new patio addition and my friend and I really enjoyed the quieter vibe though the passage through the server's station is a bit tight.

    Dud night at this location - they ran out of "salad" and most pizzas. That's more than a third of the food menu. They were also inflexible at making replacements and accommodations, and refused to be specific as to what kinds of salad they were out of (for example, they served us iceberg and arugula?) I love this restaurant and this specific location but ... this was a flop from the girlies.

    I love Fresh and have been going for years. The service last night was terrible. Ruined the evening really. Waited at front to advise we have a reservation for quite awhile and the staff made every effort not to make eye contact or even acknowledged us. Really rude. Waitress was nice but oblivious. Poor communicator and never came back once to ask about food or if we needed water or napkins. I am really turned off going to this location because of poor staff and service. Too bad as it is a lovely location.Food was fine except they ran outbid jalapeño cream which is one of the best ingredients for two of the dishes we ordered- nachos and squash tacos, so another disappointment. Not sure who is managing this place, but your staff needs some customer focused training.

    Service was slow, the wait for our food was long. The food came out cold and missing elements of the dish. Then there was an additional wait to get the dressings that were missed. Also the wait for the bill was unreasonable. I love fresh but I will not be returning to this location

    The restaurant looked lovely and the menu looked great. We were seated at 8.25 and no-one came to see us to offer drinks or anything. We asked for someone to come and take our order. They said they’d be back in a minute. They never returned. We waited 30 minutes - nothing from any of the 4 serving staff We left
