Great food, great service. We live nearby and enjoy the restaurant a couple times per month.

We went to celebrate my Mother’s Birthday. The good and wine was excellent plus the staff was very attentive, and, appreciative of us spending the birthday celebration with them.

My husband and I enjoyed this restaurant very much. Our waiter recommended a wine, which I really enjoyed. My husband had the pork chop stuffed with spinach, and coated with gorgonzola, and I had the shrimp over risotto. Each came with a nice selection of roasted veggies. I ordered a side of sauteed spinach with onion, not realizing that I'd get veggies with my dinner. We each enjoyed our meals, and had enough left for take home. Did I say that I really enjoyed my wine?

This restaurant has white table cloths, and everyone was dressed casually.

Service was a bit slow at times...giving me time to slow down and relish the moment.

We had 6:15 reservations on a Saturday night, and they were quite busy.

We'll be back! I'm having the oxtail dish next time.

The veal marsala was outstanding and the seafood maranara as well. The wine we chose was not great because we did not order an expensive wine.

Very good food and wine, quiet enough for easy conversation. Our server was pleasant but pretty slow and forgetful. We weren't in a hurry so it was tolerable. We will come back.

Leone, the owner, greeted us and was very friendly and put us at ease. Our waiter was Conner and he was above average. He knows the menu and the kitchen inside out and provided with us with excellent recommendations. We had a great evening. We have been there before and whenever we are back in the Fallbrook area, we will be there again.

Took some friends for their 31st anniversary and we all enjoyed the food very much. Service that night was a little slow, but otherwise a great place to go to for any occasion. Food was excellent, and the owner was great to talk to and gave us great tips about his wonderful mushroom soup. This is our 6th or 7th visit to this great Italian restaurant and it always amazes me on their great food. Our favorite place so far.

Our last night on vacation. Food was so good. We sat outside. The night was beautiful. And quiet!

We've been to Fresco Grill several times and it was great experience every time. We decided to come back for dinner to celebrate our anniversary and brought family members, as always, it was very nice.

Very tasty pasta and reasonably priced but adds up to near $100 for 2 with pasta, salad , wine by glass, and dessert ($9.50).
Very attentive service in all aspects of the dining experience.

We have been to the Fresco Grill 4 or 5 times and every time it has been very enjoyable. The owner is friendly and talks to the guests, waiters and waitress's are very knowledgeable of all the food. The food is the best! Love, Love, Love Fresco Grill. Will go again and again.

We enjoyed ourselves. Inga was our waitress and was really nice. I was on the Hangry side and wish there was a bit more to my Carbonara, however on a normal night it was prob the right amount.

Loved the Butternut squash ravioli, salad; everything very fresh. Lovely, sweet young waitress; nice atmosphere. Service was very much on the slow side that night; probably not typical.

Attentive service, excellent fresh food and a lively atmosphere on this recent Wine Wednesday made for a delightful meal. Fresco Grill is consistently enjoyable and the food delicious. On Wednesday a revolving selection of musicians adds to the ambience while wines are half price. A go-to local favorite.

My wife and I went to Fresco Grill for the first time on a recent Saturday evening and enjoyed it so much we went back on Sunday for brunch. Dinner was very good, but the brunch was exceptional. We both ate and drank (champagne) until we couldn't take any more. The food was outstanding and, at $22 each, it was a great value.

The food is always great here. Not inexpensive, but we usually go for special occasions and always enjoy.

The food and service was outstanding. Connor was our server and he was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the dishes. Just wish we could use our Open Table rewards at this restaurant.

Good we all had different choices for dinner very well prepared and presented, wish I could remember the waitress name very attentive and had a lot of the menu committed to memory. All the specials of course, and could recommend items for guests describing what the were and similar taste.

Our group of ladies meet for lunch every month. This is our 3rd time here as it has wonderful food, great owner that visits your table and a great wait staff. Food is wonderful and delicious. Try their mushroom soup...is to die for.

Restaurant has an excellent Italian menu. Many favorites as well as unique dishes. Service is excellent. Location is in a strip mall. Ask about the prices on the specials if interested in ordering. May be surprised at the cost.

Outstanding food and a good environment for a date. Lacking on the service considering it was Valentine's Day with a complete list of reservations - we waited over 30 minutes after being seated to finally receive drink orders.

Since we discovered the Fresco Grill, we eat there once a month. The menu has a wide variety of authentic choices, the food is excellent and the servers are very attentive, all at a fair price.

As always, great food, and very friendly staff. Pretty crowded this particular evening, though, so they had a rough time keeping up. Our order took a long time to arrive, though it was certainly tasty when it did arrive.
