   Very disappointed in the Mother's Day brunch experience and wish I would have read prior reviews from other guests who had similar bad experiences on Easter, Mother's Day and Christmas during these special occasions where the only dining option is a buffet. Our reservation was apparently 15 minutes before closing, and for $50 per person we had very rushed experience with limited, picked over (and mostly, not fresh) options to choose from. Also surprised that there were no included beverages with this price tag, not even a cup of coffee or juice. It seems like this reservation should not have even been accepted by their system due to proximity to closing time.

   It was a great time. My mom had a wonderful experience. The rose was a very nice touch. Everyone adored the chicken parm, and the desserts.

   While I understand it was Mother’s Day weekend and the restaurant was very busy, our waitress was incredibly difficult to track down. We saw other servers around checking on tables, but unfortunately that was not the case. The meal was great, but the service was lacking.

    My eggs Benedict was $18 and one of the eggs was cooked all the way through … was quite surprised they messed that up. The “fresh squeezed” orange juice was $11 and nowhere near worth it, also the waitress was extremely rude. Only positives were the views / location and the hostess was very kind. I wouldn’t return though … it was my first time in.

    Went for my birthday. Apparently we were there at an off time. Aside from our waiter (who, once he was alerted that we were there, was very attentive), the rest of the staff completely ignored us. The food was okay, but not amazing, especially for the prices. The cocktails were tried were okay, at best. The view was gorgeous, however. Recommended only for special occasions, and then, only for the view. If you want more interesting and tastier food and cocktails for similar prices, I recommend The Norwegian.

    extremely disappointed in both the quality and cost of food foe easter. First of all, I don't like buffets and there was no information on the web site as to the buffet being the only dinning choice. The food was cold, poor quality and certainly not worth almost $50 a person. maybe at $25 it would have been acceptable but not at that price. Coffee and beverages were also an additional cost. Service was awful as well. Never going back.

    We visited on Easter Sunday when they offer a brunch buffet. I did not realize it was buffet only for almost 50$ an adult. The line was very long and the food was lukewarm. I’m sure if the options were fresh and hot they would have been great. The line deterred a number of guests in our party from going up for more. Will not return for brunch but looking forward to the beautiful environment on a regular day.

    Didn’t know until we arrived that it was a buffet. No prices listed at the restaurant, but the cost was nearly $50 per person. Super basic buffet. Most “hot” dishes were cold. Desserts were obviously frozen/still thawing. Not even remotely worth the cost. A real disappointment on a holiday.

    You can’t beat the views of the magnificent Anderson Gardens. But the food was delicious as usual and our server was very attentive. I had the surf and turf sliders. Perfectly cooked and so flavorful. The truffle aioli fries are amazing!

    I always feel special when I go to Frescos at the Garden. The staff is welcoming and efficient. The food is first rate. The drink options, creative. Everything is top rate. Sorry I gave only four stars for the food. I ordered the blackened salmon tacos. After eating the first on in the tortilla, I ate the last two sans tortilla. The tortilla seemed to mask the wonderful flavors in the filling. I would order it again but ask for a pass on the tortilla. Maybe a choice of tortilla or a bowl would offer others that option. Truly a matter of personal taste. Kudos to the entire team. Keep up the good work.

    We were getting together with family for a post-holiday meal. Our server was friendly and accommodating. The service and food were outstanding, and arrived promptly and just as we had ordered. The weather also cooperated and we had a gorgeous view of the gardens around the restaurant. We had a wonderful experience all around and highly recommend!

    This was my first time at Fresco. My best friend and I went there for lunch. The service was AWESOME our server ( Yoslin) took great care of us she was knowledgeable, friendly, and conversational. We had a wonderful experience and will surly return.     Love to take out of town guests to Fresco because they are always impressed with the food and the view. However, the noise level in this restaurant is not conducive to quiet conversation. Unfortunately, the waitress we had, although efficient, was brusque and not at all friendly.

    Very convenient accomodation of change of reservation time. We were a table of 5 seated in the corner near the kitchen area and also seated by a table of 8-10 with several small children/infants that were very noisy and distracting. There were many open tables but were not offered a better seat selection. We were seated and waited approximately 15 mins before our waitress acknowledged us. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm in the restaraunt industry but there appeared to be several waitstaff working in the restaraunt.

    Food quality was seriously lacking — my turkey BLT was dry due to a bad aioli and over toasted dry bread. My husband’s southwest breakfast hash was mediocre, tasted reheated rather than fresh. For the menu pricing, we expected much better food.

    Menu is good and I picked the best seller which is surf & turf. Others chose burgers and steak salad. We were seated by the window so our experience at ge restaurant was perfect. Visited the Japanese garden and reserved @ Fresco for lunch so we can visit the nearby conservatory after lunch.

    Nice place. Don’t understand why the restaurant asks what the occasion is if they do nothing about it. Went there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Nothing was said or done. The question on the reservation was “what’s the occasion? I said anniversary. Nothing, zippo, nada. The food was good. Long ride for breakfast.
