Overall outstanding! From the moment we stepped inside this local gem, it was a delightful dining experience. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was spectacular! If you appreciate authentic French cooking, you will love Frenchy's Table. Bon Appetit!
We have been vacationing in area for years and have always wanted to try this restaurant. Instead always went back to the same old places. If I hadn't bought a Groupon for Fenchys we may not have tried again this year. We will now be regulars at this gem of a restaurant! We started with the best escargot that I have ever had!! Can't stop thinking about the wonderful sauce they were in. My husband had the goat cheese and beet salad. I have had this at many other places but how the chef incorporated goat cheese into each slice of beet was amazing! My husband and I both had fish (grouper with mussel sauce and snapper with a Beurre Blanc sauce) both very good. Ended my dinner with trio of mini desserts ( Panna Cotta, chocolate mousse and Creme Brûlée) and a cappuccino. My husband had the espresso Creme Brûlée. What a great dining experience!! Kudos to the hard working chef/owner, it was our pleasure to dine at your restaurant!
We consider ourselves very lucky that we found Frenchy’s. We’re from out of town and lucked past the review on TripAdvisor and decided to try it. Never in our lives have we had such a fantastic meal, paired with amazing service and then be blown away by the bill (in a good way). It was probably one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant covering all aspects of the experience. It’s hard to put into words so my best advice is to go check it out yourself.
Very nice meal, the food was great, the service also. The Foi Gra appetizer was delicious, as was the French onion soup. My son had the duck breast and he finished it all. I had the beef which was also very tasty. Finished with a cream brulee. Excellent meal, and the chef came out of the kitchen to say hello to every guest. WE will be back.
We loved Frenchy's. The food was fresh and delicious. The ambiance was quaint and relaxing. Our main complaint was the long wait for our food. This restaurant was recently featured on the local news, and they were much busier than usual. They did apologize, and that was fine. It is not your ordinary neighborhood restaurant, but an authentic, french bistro atmosphere with great french food. We will be back for sure!
Chose this restaurant based on other reviews. I was glad I did and also had an excellent experience dining here. Had an early dinner and got to take advantage of early bird fixed price and was very pleased. Chose the arugula salad, beef bourguionon with potato augratin and creme brulee. All the food was delicious! The owner is both the chef and on the night I went she was also the server. She was really sweet and perfectly attentive. The restaurant itself us really small inside but very nicely appointed. Would be a very nice place for couples dinner. Hope to go again when I am visiting the east coast in the future.
We stopped in on the advice of a friend and it was wonderful! It is one of a very few French restaurants around. The dressing on the special salad with poached pear and goat cheese was unbelievably light, yet flavorful. I had New Zealand rack of lamb, 8 chops, that had a marvelous sauce with little "pearls" of WHITE CHOCOLATE! I loved it! We had potatoes au gratin and green beans with the entree. And then there was dessert...I had lavender crime brûlée. Heaven. You can order 1 course, 2 courses, or 3 courses or mix and match from appetizers and/or salads. Not a huge menu, probably 8 or so entrees,nice wines, wonderful.food.
Once again a fabulous dinner served in a quaint atmosphere in lbts. The owner is always present and greets her guests to insure your satisfaction. Great French wines that are fairly priced. Everything is made to order; always fresh fish so if you are in a rush don't go here.
We saw the segment on channel 4 news with Lisa Patrillo and thought we would try it when we arrived the pregnant waitress seated us and we thought the place was a little small and tight but thought we would try it out the owner came out after we ordered and thanked us for trying her place out when we told her we saw it on channel 4 new she said oh ok
The quality of the meat & produce used in our meal was outstanding. House wine was surprisingly good as well. Service was very attentive. I felt the deserts were underwhelming however. Tables really close together & of course you have to pay for parking in this area. The quality & price charged is enough to make me plan to return.
