The star of our drink menu is definitely the wine, more than 30 references by the glass! But we also serve beers, ciders and cocktails crafted by our mixologists.

Staff was so personable and engaging, from the time we entered the restaurant, while we sat at the bar, and then at the dinner table. Honestly, they made it the most enjoyable evening. Ambience and food is great, love the casual hip vibe.
Just as amazing as I remember it! We had an outstanding brunch. The eggs Benedict are the best, and nice to have a little Mamosa alongside it. Loved it. Great service by Vanessa and the whole staff.
Loved the good and the view of the courtyard. The good was amazing. Very French!
The food was amazing and so is the service!!!! They were so accommodating and friendly to my friends. We had some last-minute changes and they made them work. The food was awesome as well and overall atmosphere.
Great staff, delicious food, and the greenhouse seating in the back was so lovely. Will definitely be back!
Frenchie is not really frenchie. Overrated. Food was okay not so good but nice ambience.
Excellent service from start to finish, including speaking with them the day before to confirm the reservation and then assuring all will be ok even with rain likely getting rid of their outdoor seating for a bit. OH and they even called me to let me know I left something at the restaurant. All this plus the food / ambience was wonderful!
We had a reservation but our table wasn’t ready for 15 minutes. It’s so small that we were told to wait outside…it was raining. When we were seated, we waited 20 min and no one came to serve us. At that point I waved down a waiter to serve us. Clearly they didn’t even realize that there wasn’t a waiter assigned to us. The food was good and it’s a cute place but they need to get their service act together a bit.
Was seated 20min after reservation time so your open table reservation time is not really important to them. Got food 1 hour after reservation time. Service overall is meh. The food is the best part of this place as the food is actually really really good. Ambience is good too. Just do it on a day when you have nothing else important going on
Service was slacking but the food was very good. Our waitress was nice however took a very long time to come to our table. All the tables around us were served a basket of bread but that never came for us. Our reservation was for 7:15, seated on time and didn’t leave until after 9:30. A soda water cost $5, not sure if that’s the typical price in Boston. Our table ordered a bottle of wine from the menu then we were informed it wasn’t available but there was another red at a similar price point, actually a cheaper bottle. After getting the check the bottle of wine was $10 more than what we ordered. Not a huge deal but the server was misinformed. Overall a good meal but would hope the service would be better next time.
Always great food. Friendly staff. Charming ambiance. One of our favorite South End restaurants.
Great place for a nice dinner out. Highly recommend.
Manager and staff were great! We were a large group with kids and they were able to sit is all. Food was delicious!
Food was great, service good but the server seemed to not really understand what we were saying. Maybe a language barrier but we made it work. Overall a very small cozy trendy spot with good menu options.
Father’s Day gathering and it was so good to be dining
I just had a brunch on my wife’s birthday. Excellent food and service. We will be back for sure.
I've been going to Frenchie for several years and it's my favorite restaurant for any occasion! Whether you're celebrating or having a catch up with your friends, it's the perfect spot. The decor is beautiful and the food/drinks are even better. I can't recommend it enough.
We were there for a birthday - it was noted with our reservation and the staff did nothing to celebrate that. At the end of our reservation, it felt like they were pushing us out to leave even though they were not fully closed yet - there were a few other tables still seated indoors and outdoors. We did ask to be seated in the greenhouse which was cool but smaller than I imagined. The food was good but the service was fair. Don’t think I would come back to celebrate anything here
I love frenchie! One of my favorite spots in Boston
Excellent food and atmosphere! They split our meal so that we could share everything easily… Will definitely be back!
Perfect place to catch up one on one or to go on a date. Food and service was really good! Would definitely visit again
great casual restaurant with great food and service. One of my go-to restaurants for a great brunch!
The food tasted amazing! Service was great!
Oh my goodness! I can't say enough about how great the atmosphere was. Our servers, Elaine and everyone else were so welcoming! And the food was so delicious! By far the best French cuisine we've had. We're definitely coming back!
The host was pretty rude. Out table wasn't ready when we arrived for 10-15 mins, the host was rushing us to leave after we have barely spent an hour at the table saying that the next reservation is coming.
We arrived for our reservation at the bar and watched the hostess give our seats to someone else. When we told her we had a reservation she was extremely rude and then told us she would squeeze us into a seat in the “atrium” which is a dark room in the back separated from the rest of the restaurant. We left without eating or drinking- the only positive I can think of is that they saved us $100 on overpriced food and drinks.
Amazing food & service! I would totally go back!!
Very nice and good service! The food was tasty and we got to celebrate our friend’s birthday!
Staff was accommodating and attentive. Slight wait which was not an issue at all. Staff (especially the manager) were gracious and professional. We loved the food and cocktails. The back is good vibes for a date.
The food was incredible. Salome wasn’t our server, but we wish she was! She was absolutely delightful!
Love Frenchie’s! Great food and ambiance!
We loved it, from our first unique drink, "Dew on the Lake", which was mixed for us at our table by the bartender. We have no idea what was in it, but it was wonderful. Were I not driving, I would quickly have had a second!!
My cream onion soup, again a wholly new experience, was also extra special. Even my wife, who usually avoids soups, loved her repeated tastes :-)
Our main courses, halibut for her and pasta for me, were again great eating.
We certainly will come back again very soon, and recommend it to our family and friends.
Food was fantastic. We shared salmon plate, avo toast, French toast and the crepe. Everything was delicious. Server was very pleasant.
The food was exquisite as always. The escargot toast and the brussel sprouts are my favorites.
Wish tables were spaced out further
Amazing food and very friendly service. Best steak I’ve had in a long time!!
I had an absolutely lovely time at Frenchie for Mother’s Day. Our waiter was friendly, the service was quick and efficient, and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend!!
Always love Frenchie and it was the perfect place for our Mother’s Day brunch
