How can a French restaurant not carry Grey Goose vodka service was excellent but food was very average. I was disappointed that the chef couldn’t find any vegetables to substitute for french fries. The only thing available was a small salad. $12 bread was hard and burnt.

Everything was great except the noise level. I want to eat and converse easily. Not just a problem at this establishment. A widespread issue and an important public health issue. Noise induced hearing loss is 100% preventable. We all live in an increasingly noisy world. Demand that the federal government resume funding of the 1972 Noise Control Act. The ambiance, food and service were amazing at the “Frenchette.”

Front of House were first class. Service in the restaurant was disengaged and perfunctory. I thought the menu limited. This was my second visit. The first in 2022. Simply not as good as I remembered.

We had a wonderful dinner the food was great and from the warm welcome at the front door to the attentive service at the table, everyone we encountered was gracious, charming, and incredibly kind. A truly lovely experience.

We sat at 5:30 when the room was quiet enough for normal conversation. By the time we left the restaurant was bustling. While the vibe changed with the volume level, it seemed to handle both environments well, providing an initially intimate dining experience and ending with genuine positive energy. The service, while well intended, seemed to be a bit overattentive at the beginning, which settled into a more welcomed spacing between visits as the restaurant filled. The food definitely delivered in taste, texture and freshness. With all of the restaurants in NYC it is always a bit of fantasy to say I would go back. What I would do is heartily recommend a visit.

Very nice brunch in a lively place. Service was good. The baguette is amazing and the Eggs with mortadella was delicious. The levain pancake is ridiculous. So good.

What can I say? Frenchette delivered in every way. One of the most satisfying dining experiences in recent memory. The service was perfection from the moment we walked in the door. The ambience is lovely, striking a great balance between sophisticated and casual. It's a lively vibe without feeling too loud. Cozy, energetic, relaxing. The sommelier recommended a perfect bottle, the meal was superb at every turn - not fake French, real French! - and we left feeling like we'd be back any chance we get. Love.
