   Our group of 6 very much enjoyed our dinner at French Quarter Bistro. The french onion soup was outstanding, as usual. The entree presentations were very nice and the food was very good. And the prices were a good value for dining on the island. Deserts were excellent as well. Most importantly, Miles, our server, was super. Its great to experience a person who sincerely enjoys his role at FQB.

   This used to be one of our VI favorites, and they have parking. Unfortunately the menu has shrunken, the wine list is smaller, and most of the staff is gone —- since new owners took over. One bright spot is that Myles is still there as the experienced waiter. The gumbo is even less spicy than in the past. The desserts are worth the price, but generally quality and selection are down compared to prior years.

   Been in St Thomas for 3 weekis and eating out each night. This was by far the best meal we have had. The Short Ribs were the best I've ever had!!!!!

    Brenda was our server and she was great! Definitely the best we have had while visiting St Thomas!! Our food was exceptional Gumbo, French onion soup, shrimp and crawfish ettouffee with Beignets and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Highly recommend!
