Unfortunately the service is focused to the pool guest instead of having staff for the restaurant as well. Even though the restaurant had only 2 tables (including mine) The bartenders were busy doing their job while taking care of the tables which delivered a very bad service. I had to stand up and walk to the bar every time I needed something. My food was requested as non dairy, but because the bartender was occupied didn’t ordered it as requested so, my food of course came with dairy. In the effort to make my meal again as quick as possible the rice was undercooked this second time. I felt sorry for taking my boyfriend there since I recommended the place for my previous experience which was way nicer. I hope management can fix those details since it is a very aesthetic place.

Overall a decent experience for my friend's 40th birthday. Food and drinks were great. The staff are excellent. However, with the weather, it would have been nice if the roof or cover over the pool was covered. Also, our reservation was changed from lounge to poolside within an hour of our reservation, which wasn't great. Overall, I would come back, but it's not necessarily worth the $20 pool fee a person.

Love spending time by the pool enjoying the music and atmosphere. Food was great, drinks were ok. We had asked for frozen pina coladas but there were out of the ingredients. So got frozen daquaries but they were not really frozen or blended. Service was very attentive overall.

My second time at the poolside and again the food wasn't impressive. They really do need more options on the menu. The service was no frills, server seemed zoned out. Really aesthetic setting in the heart of the city. Wish there was more flexibility for non-hotel guests.

The server was friendly but the cocktail order took 15+ minutes. We didn’t stay long and dined somewhere else after. The drink was delicious but everything was slow; even getting and playing for the bill.

On average there was a 25 minute wait from the time ordering a beverage to receiving it. There wasn’t even alcohol in my drinks, I was simply ordering juice with ice. It was clear that there wasn’t enough staff on. I think investing in some food runners would help the servers elevate their service. Pool was lovely as always. It’s just a shame that the service ruins the experience of it. Also, I noted several hotel guests coming to use the pool and were turned away. Perhaps limiting outside groups and providing priority to the hotel guests would be an appropriate suggestion!

Freestyle Social Club is a super cute space, however the value of the food and drinks wasn't great. The cost of the food and drinks is on the higher end, which I wouldn't mind if everything was higher quality and tasted better. Service was not bad, however our server was looking after the inside and Poolside areas, so this made service a bit slower.

It’s my favourite place in Calgary to relax and enjoy a nice meal by the pool. Amazing pool both in summer and winter with a nice atmosphere 🤩🤗 Staff is always so nice which definitely makes me come back again and again 😁

Very cool decor. Gives you California chic, beachy vibes. Golf simulators make it a cool place to meet up with friends. Book your golf ahead of time as it's getting booked up fast. Food and drinks were delicious. Must try the ribs, guacamole and the cheese dip! Amazing.

Feedback- that tables weren’t busy nor there was line up/ waiting. My partner and I decided to spend more time after our meal as we were wanting to finish up the game and we were asked twice and starred upon spending more time hanging out after our meal
