What separates good service from great service is how a restaurant reacts when things go wrong. We had an issue and they went way above and beyond making it right. A+++ Also the food is great.

Went for a lunch & they have some yummy lunch specials, but can get pricey if you add toppings onto the Detroit style pizzas. The ambiance is great & the drinks were tasty. The outside light did make it hard to see the party I was with so moved to try to block it a bit during that time of day. They also have outdoor seating for those nice weather days. I will be back!

Great casual place with fun energy. We had an early dinner, so would have been nice to have the music a bit lower, as it's hard to hear conversation. The food was wonderful, great Green Day Pizza - YUMMY!

Great selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. Really enjoyed the pizza and the menu had some fun offerings. Great place for families. The place has high ceilings so it can be a little noisy, but not bad. We want to come back for the nice looking bar area and enjoy a whiskey flight!

Food and service was great! We sat outside and the outdoor music was a little loud. We were sitting right next to the speaker. Only other minor issue was the wedge salad was served on a very small plate without a steak knife, so it was hard to eat. Wines are a little pricey per glass, but overall we were very happy with everything!

Our appetizer came before our server even took our dinner orders, so there was an awkward wait between finishing the appetizer, ordering our meal, and then having to wait again for the entrées to come out. Also, there seemed to be some confusion with the beer #s and names not lining up. Our server was adamant that the beer drinkers in our group order using the beer # on the online menu, and then when the bartender brought them out, they handed them out with the name of the beer and two people in our group got beers that were different from what they actually ordered. Overall the food and drinks were good and I’d definitely go back to try other menu items, they just need to work on the flow and the logistics a bit.

Huge fans of the Plainfield location but disappointed with the new Naperville location. Not the same ambiance and the setup/acoustics made it too noisy to hold conversations. Also a different crowd of patrons. We’ll stick with the OG!

Beer and spirits selection is outstanding. Found a salad that had other than iceberg lettuce in it that was quite tasty. Pizza is always great. Noise level is quite high for those hard of hearing or want a conversation it would be difficult

Great food. Great service good value. But I’m almost certain my visit(s) have/will accelerate my need for hearing aids. Do go with someone you don’t enjoy dating - or if your marriage is on the rocks and not with saving; after a meal shouting at each other you will certainly never want to see that person again.

We enjoyed appetizers and pizzas. The meatball appetizer was very good, but wasn't exactly hot, but was warm. The beef roll ups were amazing! My soundgarden pizza was excellent, the Rush and Petty were also very good. I would recommend that the volume of music be turned down just a bit during the early dinner hours. It wasn't crowded when we were there, we loved the videos but wished it was just a bit lower in volume.
