My wife and I had the worst experience at this restaurant. It started with the rudeness of the waitress who took us to our table, which didn't bother us that much. We ordered then two medium-well steaks that took almost one hour to get to our table, and when they arrived, they were basically raw. We both left our barely cooked food untouched at the table, paid the bill, and got out of there. What a waste of time and money!

A friend and myself decided to go here for lunch during Summerlicious. When we got to the restaurant, it was fairly empty (only about 4 other occupied tables). We were seated at our table and the experience went downhill from there. The service was horrible (and the food was average). The waitress was not friendly at all. She acted as if she was serving food in a prison. No "hi", "how are you?", "how's your meal?". No responses to the several times we said "thank-you" in an attempt to be friendly with her, just a serious face with minimal eye contact. After paying for our bill, she didn't say a single word, she just handed our receipts to us and walked away. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Your money would be best spent elsewhere. The customer service is seriously lacking.

We had tickets to the theatre and decided to go for dinner before hand The place was a great choice ,great good , and our server was great. Would definitely go back

Came here for winterlicious and there were both highs and lows. The steak was not cooked properly for those who ordered it - asked for medium and came out rare. By the time we received the food there was no time to send it back and wait for a second time. Good thing the soup was filling!

We went for Winterlicious lunch and enjoyed every course. I ordered my steak medium rare, and it was perfect 👌🏽

I am never disappointed here. The menu is always interesting and the food excellent . The service is also excellent - prompt attention but never rush you . Great place before or after theatre

Winterlicious menu was very extensive. Service was a bit slow but given it was Winterlicious and they had many tables with large groups, no complaints there. Would definitely come back for the food!
