   We were here for the sunset view and hopefully a middle to average dinner. We were testing the waters with a starter and drinks to gauge the quality and portion size. We ordered the Yucatán Ceviche and pineapple mango mojito. The quality and service was ABOVE expectations so we decided to pull the trigger on having our entire dinner here. The best decision ever. Next we had the stone crab which was four large stone crab claws served on a bed of ice with melted butter and they were EXCELLENT, and we know our stone crab. We were on the fence about the seafood towers they have as their specials so we went with a whole striped sea bass and ribeye. The fish presentation was to perfection and served with Talla sauce on a cast iron griddle. We ordered a habanero verde and a smoked chipotle sauce and they were fire , literally in the best possible way. The ribeye was cooked well served on fries with a garlic herb butter. We had a side of grilled asparagus served with Chimichurri. Our server recommended the fresh sparkling wine spritzer with fresh pineapple and mango and 3 glasses later it was a great choice. We ended the night with a coco cake and coffees. The cake and coffees were absolutely divine. If you want quality and service this is the place. We will be forever customers.

   I’ve reviewed Fred’s several times. So I’m back to confirm the constantly great service and outstanding food ! The Tuna Mignon is sooo good ! The staff is very welcoming, and always right there to make sure you’re not missing anything !

   We had a great experience at Fred’s. We got to sit out on the deck and watch the sunset. Our waiter Abraham was so great. The food was quick and very flavorful. We really liked the coconut shrimp and the lobster. Would 100% recommend this! We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it special.

   Fred’s….. although the staff are excellent the food however is not….. Drinks- Paloma’s- 2 Thurmodor Lobster- presentations amazing, lobster dry, chewy and covered in cheese- 1 Rockefeller oysters- 2, received and order of 4, left one and there were only two of us. All in all, we will not be back to Fred’s

   Nice dinner at Fred's. Service was outstanding - attentive and helpful with selections. We sat outside and had a nice view of the sunset. Enjoyed flamed crispy shrimp as a starter. Dish is prepared table side -- nice presentation and the shrimp were good. My wife had crispy chicken - almost like a chicken schnitzel. I had fresh grouper - seasoned with adobo chili. We had the TSUNAMISÚ for dessert. A good meal with excellent service.

   Esta bien en general, tal vez esperaba un poco más del servicio en un Restaurante de grupo Anderson, pedimos langosta, ya que estaba en las especialidades, pero no estaba tan deliciosa como otras que hemos comido.🙃

    This was our second visit to Fred's in 2 years and just like our first visit, the food and service was top rated and a reason to definitely return whenever we are in Cancun.
