    We had a wonderful experience at Fred’s. From the welcome, to the servers and manager personally checking on us was amazing. The food was so good and the music set the right mood. This will be a staple anytime we come to Cancun!

    We had an enjoyable dinner out! Idalia and Sandra took excellent care of us. They were observant, informative, helpful and friendly. The food was slightly overcooked,, but tasted excellent and was artistically presented. Overall an excellent finish experience!

    I had very high hopes for this place based on the reviews but was totally let down. The atmosphere was great. We dined early in the evening and requested a seat indoors. Most parties were outside so it was a more quiet and intimate experience. We were seated promptly and our servers were excellent. We ordered a cocktail and it was very good. We had a Caesar salad and clam chowder. Both were fine. Nothing remarkable. The issue came with the entrees. The lobster roll was chewy and completely overcooked. It was not edible. The tuna mignon was overcooked as well but was edible. We ultimately returned the lobster roll but ate the tuna dish because we felt bad about returning both meals. It was especially disappointing because the service and atmosphere were very nice. Maybe it was an off night and things are normally better. I will say management came over and offered us a card for a free cocktail at one of their other restaurants. They also took back the lobster roll no issue. I would not dine here again as I would not take the chance it would be a bad another bad experience.

    I wasn’t sure what to expect. This place was amazing. The atmosphere, the view, the service and the food all next level. Highly recommend.

    Fred's Restaurant in Cancun was fantastic in every way. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Flaming Crunchy Shrimp "show." The ambience was lovely with outdoor and indoor seating with a water view. Don't forget to leave room for dessert.

    Went to Fred’s and had heard good things but it truly exceeded our excitations! Idahlia and Mariano were super friendly and gave us fantastic food recommendations. We had the tuna tartare and crispy grilled octopus it was amazing - some of the best I’ve ever had! Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!
