Bartender was awesome. She was on point, friendly and everything…. appetizer came out before main course. Restaurant itself needs some interior help…. Potted plants lined up is not a good look…. Need to have someone come in and decorate the place more. Entry way has leaky air conditioning outlet and water is dripping down entrance. The building itself is old and in poor shape. Food was great, just need to fine tune it…. Someone had a great idea but the whole vibe says I’m a start up and just trying to get by….

Service was great. Our waitress was really attentive and kind. Drink menu was clearly the focus of the restaurant, not the pizza. We ordered the cacio e pepe pizza, which came out floppy, the bottom under-done. Honey was a strange addition as well. Weirdly dark in there as well.

The menu is small, but it is mighty. We had the bruschetta, charcuterie and the pistachio pesto pizza. The pizza was ridiculous. The bar drinks were also amazing. Craft cocktails and delicious. A must dine spot.

Made and confirmed a reservation but the building wasn’t even open. I hear they own Zama’s as well so we went there and had a great time. Hopefully I will get to try Fredo’s soon.
