FREA ist das erste 100% pflanzenbasierte Restaurant, welches bewusst auf Plastikverpackungen verzichtet. Alle angebotenen Lebensmittel kommen aus nachhaltigem ökologischen Anbau. Alle Zutaten der Gerichte, werden bei FREA verarbeitet und zu kreativen und leckeren Gerichten zubereitet. Unser reines Sauerteigbrot kommt aus der hauseigenen FREA Bakery. Die Reste die nicht mehr weiterverarbeitet werden können, landen in der hauseigenen Kompostiermaschine (Gersi). FULL TASTE, ZERO WASTE, das ist wofür FREA steht.

    Service was abominal, pushed us to leave after finishing the meal within 1h30mins, and giving a 25€ top on a 200€ meal. Food was good, experience was utterly unprofessional

    Great food and excellent wine pairing. The food is the most filling and comforting of the 3 vegan fine dining experiences we’ve had in Berlin over the past few years. Highly recommended

    Always a fantastic time being in FREA, amazing service, incredible food (both taste and visuals), and Torstrasse remains to be special. Looking forward to the next visit.

    Der Abend war ein Fest! Das Essen hat unglaublich viel Freude bereitet. Mein Herz ist bei jedem Gang aufgegangen. Dann noch das wundervolle Ambiente und die zauberhaften Menschen die Lust und Freude an ihrer Arbeit haben. Danke vielmals. Wir kommen wieder :)

    Had a really lovely evening by myself , the staff was very lovely and well informed about their menu and wines. The flavours were amazing and great wine pairings 100 % would recommend!

    The bread was very hard and had all the aspects of frozen bread (hot and flexible in the beginning, very hard after- not really acceptable for that price). The food was okay but too much green oil, found it like an over repetitive pattern all along the dish. Desserts were good. Service was impeccable, wine selection as well. Overall okay experience but not good value for money, even with food waste/sustainable arguments.
