Like our 13 provinces and territories, Italy has 20 wonderful regions, each one more adamant than the other that they have the best food in the country. Our menu at Fraticelli's is to serve you the best of the best from these wonderful regions. Our steaks are cooked over a high heat wood-fire grill made famous in Tuscany. Our pastas are fresh and our sauces are homemade ranging from the classic northern dish Pappardelle Bolognese to the southern Sicilian style seafood pasta, Spaghetti Pescatore. The pizzas are served Napoletana; style, thin crust and stone baked at 750 degrees. All made with the freshest ingredients available, authenticated with imported Italian plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and the best grated cheeses.

The meal was too rushed. Our appetizer was a very hot cheese dip so it took some time to eat. Our meals arrived about 5 minutes after our appetizer so we didn’t end up finishing the appetizer. The waitress never came back to check on us or to offer to get a second drink for either of us. We saw her standing at the counter waiting for some plates but she didn’t come over to us. Just a piece of advise for her, if the customer buys a second drink, the restaurant makes more and the tip is bigger.

Great place and fantastic staff!! I'm so sad that they will be closing this month for good. This was always my favourite place to go!

The restaurant was just okay. It was really noisy and tables are really close together. Word to the wise - don't order off menu. I wanted a simple spaghetti and meat ball dinner (it is an Italian restaurant after all). They charged me $27 (third most expensive meal on the menu). I didn't even get spaghetti - it was a thick doughy noodle that was under cooked. Disappointed.

Our server Sara was OK we saw her three times at the table take our order deliver our drinks half way through the application, and then after our meal. We had to ask for water twice and had to request cheese and pepper with our meals...unfortunate for an excellent meal

Food was good and service was fast. Our waitress had a bit of attitude. She wasn’t that friendly and when asked about a salad dish if it was changed, she said it’s always been like that, I’ve been here since the restaurant opened and that never changed in a very unfriendly tone.

Have been to this restaurant at least 5 x's. Maybe just a bad night, not sure. Appetizer arrived as we were eating our 1st Course of Soup and Salad. Then had to wait 30 minutes for main course of pizza that was very oily and under cooked on top, but too crisp on bottom. It was actually burned black. Even if cooked in stone oven, this was unacceptable. This is the first time we have had a bad experience here.

One of my worst dining experiences ever! Had a party of eleven. When entrees arrived only 9 plates were brought to the table and most of these were dry and appeared to have been sitting for some time under heat lamps. The remaining 2 plates were not brought to the table until virtually everyone was done their meal. Complained twice to manager and received a very insincere apology. The 2 late entrees were removed from the bill but no other concession was made to make up for the extreme delay and inconvenience it caused the whole party, and to entice us to come back in hopes of a better experience. We even indicated that, had everyone at the table waited to eat out meals together, we would have all would've had cold meals. Nevertheless the manager seemed not to care and undetermined to maintain a good customer experience. Plus, to top it all off, one guest was served a glass of wine where which smelled of bleach. Perhaps it was the remnants of chlorine from sanitization but it was undrinkable. We will NEVER return. 11 customers lost for good...and will do what we can to discourage others from patronizing this establishment. Horrible experience!!
