With award winning menu's and only the best in hospitality, Fratelli will leave you wanting to come back for more.
I felt like I was overcharged. The waiter informed us about the specials and I ordered two specials based on the waiter’s recommendations. Both of them were pasta dish's that were vegetarian. The waiter did not inform us of the price, which was $49 per plate. The food quality was poor, took too long to prepare (almost an hour) and tasted like it had tasted like they were microwaved. When I say the food tasted like it had been microwaved, I say it was all seriousness. The waiter never told us the price of the dishes and I never expected a vegetarian dish that tasted like it had been microwaved to cost $49.
One of the reasons you make a reservation, is to make sure you have a table when you get to the restaurant and you do not have to wait. This is especially true when the restaurant is busy. The other benefit of making a reservation is to get a table in a more desirable part of the restaurant. I got a table right next to the entrance of the kitchen. The table seating was poor and loud, and considering that I had made reservation, I should have had a better table. When I asked for another table, I was informed that those tables were reserved. I can understand if I had made a reservation on a Friday or Saturday night when the restaurant was busy, but I made a reservation on Sunday night when the restaurant was half empty.
I am extremely unhappy and this was not a positive dining experience. Inside the Encore hotel, the Sinatra is a much nicer restaurant. Outside of Encore, in the North End, Lucca, Euno and Mamma Maria are much nicer Italian restaurants.
Fabulous! From the time we walk in and get seated with our favorite server ever, Lorna G, the experience is the best. She is awesome and she does such a fabulous job. We dine here every two weeks and we LOVE IT! We think it's the best that Encore has to offer and we highly recommend it!
Sat at the bar- our choice. Bartenders were very friendly and local. Lots of locals at the bar which was a pleasant surprise. Food was great- we also had lunch at Strega that day- we love Italian food and this did not disappoint.
This restaurant was very loud, and the food was subpar for the prices. Service was very goo.
Food and service were fantastic. GM also came by to check in and ensure we were enjoying our meal. Everything was excellent.
Everything was superb! Food was excellent and Lorna, our server, provided excellent service!!
The restaurant was noisy and chaotic, it felt like we were in a food court. The food was ok, but certainly not worth the high price. One of my biggest issues was that there are no bathrooms in the restaurant! So you can spend 150. for a steak and the go for a walk around the casino to use a public restroom and get in line! NOT!
Excellent food! Best at the Encore!!!
Very nice & food was delicious. Very pricey as expected for a casino. Our server J was awesome!! Would request him if I go again.
Excellent food and service
We ordered a reserve bottle of wine they gave us something else we had to point out to them that it was the wrong bottle they tried to tell us it wasn’t but then they realize we were right and then brought out the right bottle it just was not the right thing to do for them. They should’ve discounted the wine instead of giving us excuses.
Waiter Jay was awesome. Food was great just very pricey
Food was amazing, service was probably best in the ciry. Santiago our server was THE BEST. Can’t wait to go back!
The shrimp scampi appetizer and the filet mignon were outstanding! The service was great too!
Great food and very fast service. We had our appetizers within 3 minutes.
Great experience! I absolutely loved the vibe. Food and drinks were great as well! Thank you!
Here's the problem: Very expensive, food meh. Drinks are $19! Come on! Food quality was OK but just no value. The dining room is loud, uncomfortable, and the wait staff is unpolished bordering on gruff. 2 people and the bill was $277.00. If I didn't use comps I would be pretty upset but I won't go again.
Service from our server was unhelpful, slow and with an attitude all night.
We were seated adjacent to the open kitchen, so with the noise from the kitchen added to the patrons the waiter had to yell to be heard. The service from our wait staff was wonderful, he did his best to make it a nice evening. He was attentive and was able to make suggestions on wines. The meal was mediocre. Osso Buco is one of my favorite meals and I have had much better. It was paired with a bland spinach and a saffron risotto. I would suggest another risotto. The bread pudding was very good. Ironically the Ricotta pie was not ready?, this was at 8pm on a Tuesday. I would think that bakery items would be made earlier in the day. Of course these are just my tastes.
Great food and excellent service
Expected more food for the price of the items. I would also replace the mortadella on the charcuterie board.
A good choice while at Encore. Right off the casino floor. The dining room is a little cramped and it gets very loud. Food is good, but expected better from a Nick Varano restaurant... having dined at his other places, especially Strip by Strega. My wife enjoyed her Tuna entree. I had the Chicken Parm which was ok enough... excellent red sauce, and served with penne pasta which was very plain... needing more sauce. Service was very good. Good now, but I'd look for things to only improve here.
Lackluster food. Oddly bland and unimaginative entrees. A veal chop topped with dry arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese is a curiosity. The lack of seasoning was unappreciated. However, the best staff! Everyone was amazingly warm and friendly and very welcoming. I loved the place but was so disappointed with the food!
The dining area was extremely loud. Could not talk to the person across from you. No need to
have TV's in the dining area. Keep them in the bar area. Food was extremely overpriced. A
cowboy rib-eye for $69 with no sides is ridiculous. Have had better steak from Longhorns.
Chicken Parm was good but not great. Expected MUCH better for the prices charged.
We had a table reservation but opted to sit at the bar. Glad we did! Our bartender Danielle was awesome! Drinks were great, food was great, as was the gelato to end the night!!! Highly recommend a try if you haven’t been!
The food at Fratelli was excellent but that's the best I can say. We arrived for our reservation and were seated right away but at a very small table in the right near the front, it felt like we were in the middle of where people waiting to be seated were hanging out and in a direct line of service from the bar to the dining room. The restaurant was so loud that by the time we were leaving we were looking forward to getting back to the "quiet" of the casino. We felt rushed the whole time, we tried to ask about the structure of the menu and the response was a shrug and "you can do whatever you want." The server didn't give us any information about specials (and there is a risotto/paella of the day on the menu).
The food was very good but there's no reason to go to the casino location. Go to the North End, you'll have a better experience.
Location in the casino lends to a loud area. Initially was asked to sit at table basically in the entrance but was moved to a much more reasonable table after asking. Calamari/Frito misto was average at best. Fish seemed to be cooked prior and it was mostly fried batter pieces as filler. Gnocchi was like warm, cheese was not even melted since it was barely warm. Flavor was good but could at least be hot. Lamb was very good. Best part of the meal by far. For the price, you can do much better. I get that casino prices are inflated but at least have the food be worth it
After being open for over three weeks, this place still hasn’t worked out all the kinks. We arrived at 7:30 on the dot for our reservation and weren’t seated till a hour later — what’s the point of making a reservation???
Drinks then took 25 minutes to receive and the completely forgot one of our appetizers. We won’t ever return here.
Was expecting a fine dining experience, due to the press coverage of the owners and their other establishments. Saturday night, waited 20 mins for a table that we had made a reservation for. The hostess was very apologetic for the wait and was friendly, so that made up for it a bit. Table was in the bar, against a wall, about 4 inches from another table- the servers continuously bumped our table and the table next to us, they kept interrupting each other to interact with their respective tables because they couldn't fit on either side.
The servers were so inexperienced that I didn't see one able to carry a cocktail tray with one hand. Thats notable- esp if you charge over 24 dollars for a martini. One filled my 1/2 drank grey goose cocktail up with water, had to request another, they charged me for it. The filet was cooked to perfection but the mashed potatoes (tiny portion btw) and sprouts were bland. Mussels were over cooked and a server noticed this and took it off our bill when we didn't touch the app.
You don't have a designated server, and they don't explain that to you, so if a random person approaches you, you should give your order bc the person who brought you your drinks and greeted you, likely won't be back. We waited a while not realizing this. In all 4 servers visited our table- they were all very busy so I imagine it was tough to know where each table was at with their meal, they seemed flustered.
Manager was walking around but did not visit my table or any of the other 5 in my view at the bar. Figured he would stop by because the table next to us was unhappy and we were as well.
Prices are moderately high, which is expected since it is a casino but- you can just hop in a rideshare/cab and enjoy the amazing establishments in the city so, I'd use this place for the parking and go elsewhere.
We tried this restaurant for the first time while at Encore Boston last week. Space is tight and found the noise volume to be above normal. I had to speak loudly across the table for my wife to hear me and she's has very good hearing. I found the service to be somewhat slow - waiting almost 5 minutes for a drink (wine) at table. Portions were small but prices were high. Ordered a caesar salad but it was made with bibb lettuce which was kind of strange. Ordered lasagna which was good but really small size. We used our comp points so it wasn't that bad for us but would not go again during a Friday or Saturday night.
Fratellis was a really good pick. The food was delicious ..we had caesar salad, meatball appetizer that was awesome... dinner was lasagna and brik chicken. Our waiter Mike was really great He overheard us say that it was our anniversary and brought us a dessert of tiramisu which was delicious. He helped make it a very special occasion. Will definitely go back.
Service staff needs training. 2 out of 3 dishes were not hot. 1 dish not what on menu.
Restaurant was jammed and even though we had a reservation, it still took about 25 mins before we were seated. Food and service were good. Very loud place. Worth checking out if on property, but I probably won’t go back to Encore anytime soon. Not a fan....But restaurant was good.
Loved this restaurant I had the swordfish which was out of this world my BF had short ribs very tasty The drinks were great Everything was wonderful
Everything was perfect food was great! Would highly recommend!!!
Delicious meal. Excellent service. We will definitely return.
Great food, great staff and great vibe. Did I say great?
