We had great time from right when we walk in the door greeted with a smile! Service was excellent the crab cakes were delicious, our filets were cooked perfect, the Old Fashion done just right, then desert was the gooey cake! I highly recommend. 👍👍
Very nice evening with good food and service. A little load, hard to talk with people on the other side of the round 8 seat tables.
A little loud but great service and the food was super!
The food was fairly good, not amazing, but did come out fast. The house signature fried raviolis definitely seemed frozen and fried. The restaurant definitely needs some attention. The table next to us was coming apart, the wall had pieces of tape all over where it looked like sports pennants fell down or were taken down. It was very dark, maybe so you couldn’t see that it needed some updating. Nothing good enough that would make me want to go back.
The woman bartender who served us at a booth in the bar was great - friendly and fun. The prime rib was good, but not great and the pork chop tasted good but was extremely tough. Interesting location - will try other menu items next time.
We had crab cakes and scallops appetizers. Both were delicious. Lots of crab in the crab cakes and they tasted great alone but the sauce that accompanied them enhanced the flavor without over-powering. Scallops were bacon wrapped but the bacon flavor did not transfer to the scallops. I cut the bacon off and ate it separately (again, great) and then ate the scallops. They were sweet and perfectly seared. Dinner was rib-eyes with the garlic mashed, a filet with garlic mashed and broccoli. Not sure if the steaks were marinated or just seasoning but they were all very good and the mashed potatoes were perfect with them. Have to mention our server. She was truly awesome. Answered all our questions, made recommendations, was very attentive and a delightful personality. All of this and prices were well below other steak houses in the area. We will definitely be back.
Great place! Filets are amazing! George has a great place and love all of the Saint Louis touches.
Everyone was very nice our waitress was amazing. Also I’m not sure if he was the manager or owner but he came to check on me and my wife after our meal which was very welcoming. Last but not least they made sure to remind us to validate our parking before we left will definitely be back.
We came for our Anniversary and our waitress was great, food was great too! We will return :)
A hidden gem of a restaurant with a nostalgic mid-western vibe. The food is phenomenal...I mean sneaky good! We had a little bit of everything: ribeye (a must have), prime rib (yum...only on weekends), chicken cordon bleu (sooo tasty), the fried ravioli was amazing...it was all so great. I had the butter cake for dessert...this is not like any butter cake you’ve ever had...it’s a cross between cake and custard pie...I will have dreams about eating this until I can have it again! Seriously Arizonans, it’s high class affordable food with a cozy sports mid-west vibe! A must try!
Food was good. Maybe a tad expensive. Service was great. Ambience is mixed. Nice and quiet but a bit too dark. Plus it's confusing that it is a steakhouse but the decor/pictures are sports stuff. We had a good dinner overall
The food was amazing. I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. Both Danica and George were great.
Will definitely be back.
The noise level was deafening. The server could not hear what we were saying.
Service started off shaky but once seated the server did very well. Food was average slightly over cooked. Pricing seemed higher then the quality. Will wait a few months before trying again.
I gave three stars for the meal as although it was very good I felt the price was a little high. Maybe making the meal a better value by offering soup or salad or even bread or rolls. I ordered the ribeye and it was good but did not wow me for what we paid. The cocktails were great and so was the service.
We went to have dinner for my daughters third birthday.
Great service and good food
The food was delicious and servers as great
We had a great time
Thank you so much for a nice evening
Alissa (sp??) was an amazing and charming and attentive server. She has maad Spanish skills and never even broke a sweat or lost her smile despite juggling several tables at the same time as handling us.
This is a quality restaurant with the feel of an upscale New York club. Great wine list, the food perfectly prepared and served. It all starts with the quality of the meat and Frashers served the best. I wish we lived in the area to make Frasers our go to dinning choice.
Went there after Blues / Coyotes hockey game and it was great. We will be back!
What a great restaurant! Our group was from the same area as the owner (st. Louis) and he came by our table to chat and wish me a happy birthday. The food was AMAZING and drinks were crafted perfectly. It’s a hidden gem so not super crowded. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Absolutely amazing steak. Can’t beat the flavor and portion. It’s my new steak favorite place.
Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. It is a bar trying to be an upscale steak house and the food and service were marginal. I should have known since they were one of the few places with reservations at short notice. There are too many great places in The Phoenix and Scottsdale area that this is a place I would not return to again
I would definitely recommend this place to friends as the food and the service were superb. If you are looking for ambience, there is room for improvement, but we will not hold this against them. My husband and I will return for the food we remember well from their original location. The filet mignon and pork chop were both cooked to perfection and delicious. We took the gooey butter cake and chocolate decadence home for later as we were full, but didn’t want to miss our favorite desserts! So glad they made a return to Scottsdale and we wish them the best in their new home.
undercooked chicken. nuff said.
Everything was exceptional
Excellent food. Great service. Good prices!
The staff was great, the chocolate martini was to die for! The filet was cooked as requested and was so tender.
The positives: the extensive wine list, our server was attentive and the appetizers were good. No one was particularly thrilled with their steaks...meh. It was odd because all the reviews are pretty decent but there was no one in the restaurant which made the whole experience weird.
Defiantly coming back. The food was excellent and the service was superior!
The steaks were so tough that neither my husband nor his friend could eat it. I had a burger that was alright but that was it. The drinks were fine and our server was great.
Great food 😋
Best gem we found in Scottsdale on a whim, while looking for Steakhouses in the area for a specific reservation time. They were what we were looking for.
I didn't realize it was behind our hotel, till our Uber driver drove us around the block! Ha! Literally walking distance.
Great food, great ambiance & great service.
Steaks, crab cakes & martinis delicious and on point.
We each ordered the ribeye. It was dry, not marbled and overcooked. The server was overly familiar -- didn't observe personal space boundaries -- and stopped by the table waaaaayyyy too often. Finally, the total check was probably 20% higher than comparable restaurants in the immediate area. Bottom line: poor experience, poor value, we won't return.
It was delicious! A bit pricey, but the quality of the food was worth it. The waiter could have been a bit more attentive, since we were the only ones dining at that time, but overall a great experience.
The food and service was excellent. The owner made a point of coming to the table, to check on us. This will be my new "Don & Charlie's" (if you know, you know).
Entire dining experience was perfect. From our server who was knowledge and friendly to the food. Filet was tender and flavorful cocktails were good... The gooey butter cake was delicious!
Steak and potatoes were not hot. The crime brûlée wasn’t properly brûlée’d on the top.
