Went for lunch with my colleagues (5 of us) on Tuesday at 12:10. Placed an order and within 5 mins the waitress brought the water. We waited and waited until 1pm. There was no food and not a single person came to check up on us even once in these 50mins. Then by 1:10 I went to the bar and inquired where our food was. Our waitress was surprised and said she sent it out long ago. We said we didn't receive anything. Then she goes into the kitchen. An older thin lady who seemed like a manager or supervisor walked out and asked me if I was waiting for take out. I told her we placed our order an order ago and hadn't received anything. She said me again if I had taken take out. I said no, we were sitting at a table for dine-in and the waitress took our order an hour ago and we didn't receive anything. She just kept doing her work and said I don't understand what's going on and walked into the kitchen. No apologies, no sympathy and her attitude was rude and indifferent.We waited for an hour, received terrible service, our food was warm and soggy, we had to take out as it was past our lunch hour. The waitress said it was her mistake but then said the kitchen staff pushed our order aside for an order of a bigger group and then apologized but didn't offer us any discounts or anything. We were about to walk out of the place if she hadn't come with the food and bill within the next 5 minutes.Terrible service, food OK, place OK. NEVER going there again.
