    This was our first time to experience Franks. The atmosphere was very comforting and relaxing. We reserved a table, but we got set in the bartenders section. On Valentines night he had the bar and at least 4 tables we saw him working. Do to how busy the bartender was making drinks and serving his tables, My tea glass was empty most of the time I was there. The appetizer was great. Can’t pronounce the name of it, but was basically was meat, cheese, and olives. For the dinner the crusted salmon was great. Unfortunately the 12 oz Ribeye tasted as if it was a piece of meat on sale from Dollar Tree. The topping was fabulous, but the steak was not quite what one would expect from such a great restaurant. We will give it another try soon, but for now we are not overly impressed.

    We had The Desperate Housewife pizza and it was excellent. Service is quick and happy hour until 7 PM is nice. We've been to Frank's several times and I highly recommend Frank's.

    Very modern but authentic Italian. Not a typical American style Italian but authentic recipes. Good for a special occasion or celebration

    Very good food and atmosphere. Waiter was slow and deliberate but the food and atmosphere make it a worthwhile place to eat. Will be back!!

    Great place in East Monroe. We like Frank’s restaurants in Shreveport and now Monroe. You get a lot of food for the money. We were there at 11:30 on a Friday and we’re seated right away. No rush on anyone’s part, so we were very comfortable. Three different dishes ordered and immensely enjoyed. There Illy coffee is really great. We were very happy that we got to go here and try out this place. I wonder why it’s not rated in the top five places to eat there. It should be.
