   DO NOT USE OPEN TABLE TO BOOK FRANKOS!! Upon arrival to restaurant we were told and shown on their computer that they do not use Open Table!! Luckily we had arrived after the lunch rush and the kind maître d told us if we waited he would try to fit us in. And he did. We ordered pizzas, 3 varieties for the 4 of us and they were each supurb with the pistachio being our favorite. The inner crust is very thin surrounded by a puffy circle of deliciousness! Our server was patient with our questions and attentive. Enjoy this wonderful spot but book through the restaurant to be sure a seat!

   cijenim stil da ketchup nije na stolu prilikom serviranja, ipak da mi naplate 2€ za malo umaka od rajčice smatram neprimjerenim za pizzeriu ! tijesto je bilo žilavo ili pribor tup...uglavnom, teško je bilo rezati pizzu...klimatizacija je slabo radila tako da je bilo neugodno sparno u lokalu

   I was really looking forward to trying the best pizza in Zagreb, but I ended up pretty disappointed. The pizza is very good, I wouldn't call it the best one in Zagreb, but everything else was horrible. We got greeted by the host who asked the waitress to lead us to our table and she plainly refused to do it. This awkward situation lead to the host taking us to our table. Even though we reserved our table a week in advance we got taken to a separate small space, with no visible windows because of big dark curtains, and filled with smoke because it was a smoking area. The high-top tables are too high to eat comfortably. I don't get it why they use OpenTable for reservations but don't utilize their options to select areas. Then the same waitress arrived to serve us. She was rude the whole evening. The pizza is definitely not worthwhile experiencing everything else here.

   The best pizza I have eaten in Zagreb. Also the service was outstanding. Will come to Franko's again.

   Malo je teže pričati jer je velika buka uz muziku i sve ljude u prostoriji… ostalo je sve super, hrana odlična, interijer predivan.

   Čekali smo pizzu 1h. Bez ikakve kompenzacije kasnije, a ljudi pored nas su čekali max. 15min.

   Very relaxing venue, friendly staff adn really good pizza. Parking around is the only problem. Take a taxi.

    Pizza is a fast food for which takes 7 minutes to be baked and we waited for 45 minutes to get food. And all that without any explanation from the staff or any kind of apology. Fortunately, the pizza was good, but one of them had flood in the middle.
