Was a bit loud

I celebrated my bday dinner at Frankies with my husband and from the time we were greeted at the door until the time we left was and exceptional experience. Before I was seated my hat stand was promptly delivered to my table and the BIG slice of birthday cake with a candle lit and singing to compliment the moment ended the night with a smile. Oh yeah...the ribeye and crab cake was delish!!!!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Frankie’s and we couldn’t be happier. Excellent food and service and lots of wow moments that you learn about in business. Frankie’s does it right. They make the guest feel special every minute that they are there and even sends home a muffin for the next morning in a reusable cloth bag. Wonderful experience. Thank you Frankie’s.

Food is good the location and ambiance is good if you make reservations you will still be waiting awhile and reserve to get a both please reserve for one

Frankie's appears to be changing over time.
Diner's wore jeans and sneakers. I received a black napkin for my black pants but my female friend received a white one for her black pants which had white lint all over after meal. No attention to detail.
The calamari breading was undercooked but tasted lovely. They forgot a second salad order and my companions finished theirs's far ahead of mine.
We sat at the window and cold air was blowing down from the vent on a 30 degree night. We asked to have it adjusted, nothing was done. Wine glasses were shoved on another table near us for our future use, then disappeared then reappeared.
But in ending the main courses were delightful as always! I will return with higher hopes of what used to be outstanding service level.

This was the 1st time at Frankie steakhouse. The atmosphere was beautiful. The wait staff was kind , generous, and courteous. The price was worth the quality of food

Frankie's never disappoints! Being Vegan and going to a steak place can be a challenge, but Frankie's is ALWAYS so accommodating. Food was excellent, service was great, and the evening overall was fantastic. Thank you Frankie's ~ we will certainly be back ...

Outstanding customer service.
The food was great! Was nice to find an upscale place to eat occasionally in the Gwinett/Suwanee area.

They seemed to be overbooked last night. We had a reservation and waited over a half hour for a table. Then when we were seated, the waiter left the drink menu and we waited almost another half hour.

This was our second time visiting Frankies, and it was again exceptional, in all ways.

Food and service were excellent. Will definitely return.

Everything was phenomenal

We had a 5PM res. and requested and received the last booth in the corner. We left in a rush as you had seated several people what appeared to be less than 6 feet from us at an adjacent table for 6. They took their masks off as soon as they were seated. That made us both uncomfortable. One of them had a cough as well.

Service was great and food was amazing. Will come back again.

Overall we enjoyed Frankies! The steak and the salmon was great! The brussel sprouts and cauliflower were delicious! Food coming out was a little slow, but our servers Daniel and Rick were nice! We will go back!!

We went there for our 2nd wedding anniversary. It came highly recommended by 2 friends of ours. It did not disappoint at all. The food alone was incredible. We've never had such great food like this before. The service was impeccable, Patrick was one of our 3 servers and he was truly awesome. This is for sure our new anniversary spot.

The food was delicious. The employees were all very considerate and made the experience enjoyable.

The good was very bland and overpriced. We would not be returning.

Even though the meal, overall, was really good, it fell short compared to my two previous trips there. The same Ribeye, that I have ordered previously, had fat, and usually there is none, plus I ordered it cooked "medium" but it was "well done" on edges. The previous Ribeyes were PERFECT! Also, the baked potato was very hard.

Not just dinner, but an experience, every time!

Our dining out was a quiet birthday celebration for my wife. Service was excellent and food was top notched. I highly recommend Frankie’s Steakhouse for special occasions.

Excellent Service w Patrick & the 2 young ladies. I decided on the Dover Sole: very fresh, fried capers were great but I should have chosen the Chilean Seabass for more flavor. Ordered the Truffle fries - but did not get the Truffle flavor. The 2 filets that were also ordered were fantastic as usual. We all started w the Lobster Bisque - exceptional.
Brussel Sprouts were delicious. The finale was the outstanding key lime pie. We’ll be back!

I don’t even know where to begin. The valet greeted us and he was extremely friendly.... the hostess was very welcoming. Our server James and (spelling) audial were amazing. James stole the show. He was so personable, accommodating and hilarious. I only want to sit in his section every time I come there. The food was impeccable. The entire evening was perfect. My stepfather enjoyed his birthday dinner. Best steakhouse in Georgia

Everything was good...the food was delicious as always and so was the cocktails. The waiter came over and acknowledged our food allergies. However, he gave me a cupcake/muffin, and told me it was only poppyseeds...it wasn’t! I ended up in the hospital because I went into an anaphylactic reaction. The cupcake/muffin had more than poppyseeds.

Great attentive service from everyone. It was our 35th anniversary and they surprised us with a 7 layer cake slice that was to die for! Their lobster bisque was loaded with lobster meat and it was the best we ever had. The steaks we ordered were cooked to perfection. The calamari was delicate and cooked to perfection. Wonderful experience.

No doubt we will be back. If it was a little bit more affordable, we would go a lot more often. But worth every penny!

One of our best dining experiences in years. Food was fantastic and the service was exemplary.

We went for our 52nd anniversary. Everyone was very thoughtful and kept checking if all was well. Food was great, staff couldn’t do enough. We will be back again.

We had three servers all which were very attentive and courteous, however, James waited on us majority of the time and I can’t speak enough about his attitude and his service. He was absolutely phenomenal, helped me pair the perfect wine with my meal and overall topped the experience for us. I have been to Frankies several times and this was by far one of my best experiences. The steak was more perfect than usual and the service like I said, over the top!

I have eaten at Frankie's several times. It has always been good; unfortunately, on my most recent visit, the service was bad. Put another way, just not the service I have become accustomed to at Frankie's.
They did not appear shorthanded, but I know Covid has affected many restaurants. Hopefully, my experience was an isolated incident.

This is our favorite (somewhat local) restaurant as the food and service are always fabulous!
