   I had the Dover Sole at $62.00 MP was a steal and well cooked and deboned table-side. I had the chopped salad to start which was a healthy sized portion and perfectly dressed. As a side I had garlic mashed potatoes that were a great consistency and very flavorful. The table rolls and butter were exquisite and my Vesper martini was well balanced, strong and cold. The star of the evening was our server, Gamielel. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

   Food was good but compared to other steakhouses we’ve been to, it didn’t stand out. The real disappointment was with the service. It was very disjointed from the very beginning where we sat waiting for someone to take cocktail /wine order to all the way to the end where we ordered coffees with our dessert that were never brought to us. A lot of hype for this restaurant that left us very disappointed.

   First time here and we were celebrating our anniversary. Beautiful restaurant and our wait staff was the absolute best. My husband ordered steak and he said by far the best steak he’s ever had. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my food was horrible. I ordered the Capprio and it was nasty, even the presentation was unpleasing. I was very disappointed that our waiter didn’t offer another substitute or anything. I left kind of slatted giving our tab wasn’t cheap, but my husband was happy so that’s all that matters. 😳😑

   My husband and I love Frankies. The steaks and food are top-notch, but the Easter buffet today was very disappointing. For $100 a head, we expected Frankie's quality food, but instead, the food was tasteless. The desserts were good, but that was about it. We will not be going to Frankies for any buffets in the future. We will come back for regular dinners since that has always exceeded our expectations.

   Frankie's has long been our go-to spot for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and quarterly nights out. We’ve always appreciated the ambiance, the elevated service, and the attention to detail that justified the premium price point. Unfortunately, our most recent visit left us questioning whether it still lives up to the standard we’ve come to expect. While my wife’s wine arrived promptly, my first drink "new fashion" took what seemed to be 15/20 minutes to arrive with a reminder before hitting the table. There was no mention of the evening’s specials, or the customary presentation of steak cuts. A small but signature detail that sets a steakhouse experience apart. I ordered the special prime ribeye cap (spinalis dorsi), which was frankly underwhelming in flavor and nowhere near what one would expect from a $120 cut. I had also mentioned the wine I’d like to pair with the entrée at the time of ordering, yet it arrived only after following up halfway through the meal. Our server, while polite, was clearly overwhelmed and stretched too thin across tables. After we finished eating, we waited a while for our plates to be cleared, and leftovers boxed. While we appreciated the complimentary anniversary dessert, a kind gesture from management, we were never asked if we’d like another round of drinks or coffee to end the evening. Overall, the was fine but ordinary or lackluster, and the service, which used to be a highlight, felt mediocre at best. We’ve been loyal guests for years and have always felt the experience matched the price. But after a few consecutive visits that have fallen short, we’re no longer sure the value is there. I truly hope Frankie’s finds its footing again, but for now, we may be taking our special occasions elsewhere.

    The food was great and service was perfect. I'm big eater and didn't like the small size appetizer of lamb chops but they are the best chops I've ever had in my life time so far, fr fr!
