   Food and everything was great, but open table screwed up our reservation and no table was ready as a result. We had to eat in the lounge as a result which was fine but not as good had an upfront table been actually ready for us.

   Food was good wide range to choose from. Outside patio area nice. We ate indoors and had great service as large group.

   Celebrating sons Graduation from UO and the server was excellent. She knew all about the food and drinks. Very enthusiastic ! Food was delicious.

   I’ve ate at Frankie’s a few times now. Normally I have a five star experience but this time my plant bowl wasn’t all that great. The chicken was a little bland but more so there was way to much oil (olive oil maybe) in it. There was so much that everything in the lower half of the browl was saturated in oil. I was participating in a business dinner and did not want to cause a scene or seem unappreciative.

   Had reservations and was seated right away however waited an hour and 45 minutes for food. The service was poor and the food was nothing special. The Brunch Menu is poor. We received Crab Benedict with no hollandaise and over ripe under cooked asparagus.

   The food was really good and our waitress friendly and efficient. In our case, the OenTable reservation had not be received (aka someone forgot??), so we waited quite a while to be seated.

   We live in North Albany and go to Frankie's quite often. The food is tasty and interesting, and the service is always friendly and prompt. The ambiance is warm and attractive. Occasionally the bar is area is fairly noisy, especially during Happy Hour. The outdoor dining area is very pleasant--perfect for a summer night.

   Had a party of 6 and we all had a great evening. Waiter was attentive without hovering.

   Great food, service was okay at best. Server was not attentive. We had to ask for bread 3 times. Had to ask for water refills and then were over-charged. Management resolved the over charge the next day. I would have given this a restaurant an excellent over all rating if the server was a bit more attentive.

    Frankie's is our GO TO place for delicious food and excellent service. The lower rating for this particular visit was an not the norm - food came out staggered too long for our table of six. It was a busy night when I'm guessing the fryer orders just came in too fast! But the food was delicious, everyone enjoyed their meals and felt well taken care of while we were there.
